Since this QP is less than ten minutes from my house and on the way to everywhere I go, it's the perfect fit for me. It's a little hard to get to if you're headed eastbound on Expressway but if you need a sandwich or a coffee or appliances while you're picking up your printing, you're in luck. They'll also deliver to a business so maybe you never even need to go in. I needed a handful of different types of printing (straight up copies, lamination, and large-format foam core) with a day or so turn around. They took great care of me, called to ask questions, and truly seemed to care that they got it right for me. Alina was friendly and on-point with her customer service game. Classic quoted my job just under other local printers and slightly above a couple of online groups. I just got my order and there is no apples-to-apples comparison here. Classic's quality is so much better than the online stuff that it's difficult to gauge just how much better it is! Absolutely fantastic! After good and bad experiences, I've found that the difference is whether or not they truly care. So I'm missing my honey on Valentine's Day. It's so expensive to ship things from here... so I called Impressions Printing in OKC... found them through Google.. (their website was the most professional) and I spoke to Mike Stuart. Okay... I have to insert another wow. I had emailed over some photos on Sunday (that weren't in very good resolution, mind you..) and called on Monday morning (their time) to confirm that they had received the files. They did. They were in the process of responding to me. I told them I was out of the country... and I inquired about frames. No.. they didn't have them... so I asked if I could have some shipped to them and if they could put the photos in the frames. Mike said no problem and gave me his address for me to put to his attention. Great! (Walmart or a corner chain drug store is not going to do that for me!!) I give them my boyfriend's address and they tell me they will let me know when it ships out. Two mins later, Mike calls me and say... "Ya know... I'm going to run errands in a bit... do you want me to pick up a frame for you?" What??? Who does that? What an absolute sweetheart! Of course! So I describe the basic black frame that I'm asking for and ask for it to be delivered by Valentine's Day. He says he'll get it there. Today (2 days before Valentine's Day..) I get an email from Mike. He fixed the photos I sent him so that they looked better in the photos... and he attached photos of the perfect frames with my photos in them! Oh... and he added lovely Valentine Day chocolates!!! I cannot recommend these guys enough. I'm so happy that I was able to find them, they were so great to work with... and super professional (and nice!) He's going to be so surprised. Thanks Mike and the Team at Impressions Printing! However, my boss swore by DigiPrint, so I had them print some Save-the-Dates for me. I was really impressed with the printing quality --- and it saved me from having to hand cut 150 cards! I recently created more cards with them and also loved those. I have changed my mind about digital printing now; the price, speed and quality far outweigh printing inkjet at home. Steve has been my go-to guy and I have been really impressed by his knowledge and quickness. In fact, one Friday I couldn't make it to DigiPrint to pick up my order before 5, so he offered to open the store for me on Saturday so I didn't miss my deadline.
