Hi my name is Sabrina. My agent was amazing -- quick,…read morethorough, and professional. She handled multiple tag issues for me, including getting new plates and an original title for my car from out of state, as well as updating tags for my 90-year-old father's title. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I truly love this place! Of course, expect a little wait -- but once it's your turn, you'll be well taken care of. I asked my agent for her name -- it sounded like "Lawn," though I'm sure it's not spelled that way.

Imagine finally being in the situation too own a house for the first time in more than 20 years,…read moreafter years of wondering if you would ever own a house again. Imagine the excitement of quickly finding a good house and the offer being accepted on the house you're buying. Imagine the excitement of getting everything together for qualifying for the mortgage and shopping for homeowners insurance. Imagine the dismay and FUUUUUUU...... of accidentally and boneheadedly shredding the wrong driver's license when you go to pull your ID out of your purse to copy to your mortgage agent and realize your old expired license is still in there. Imagine the ensuing panic. Imagine the gratitude when you find a tag agency with hours after your regular work day, and they're able to fit you in under the wire when you explain your emergency sob story. Seriously these guys saved my life yesterday when all of the above happened and of the other tag agencies I called one didn't even pick up the phone and the other one would have stopped accepting walk-ins for the day by the time I'd gotten down there in another town. Even with the computer issues that red cap was having that day through no fault of their own, they still got me in and out within 2 hours. This will definitely be my backup go-to place and possibly even replace my regular tag agency that I've used since moving here, that for whatever reason didn't pick up yesterday.

She stated, "the Post Master has far more important things to deal with than a few houses GETTING THEIR MAIL". When I attempted to question her about this, assuming of course, that is PRECISELY their job, without cussing & barely raising my voice, SHE HUNG UP ON ME! WOW... just wow. Our mail was stopped for nearly 2 weeks due to our neighbors dog being out. No attack or even threat but, whatever, safety 1st. Designer dogs have teeth also. I simply wanted to know why all the rest of us (4-6 homes) were being punished & without any form of notice, by the way. Customer service sure has gone....to the dogs.

Unfortunately today, I had several boxes to drop off and neither of the two employees were wearing masks and one walked right up to me. I'm immuno-compromised and was appalled this was happening. If you don't want to wear one personally or while no customers are there, whatever, but to put your customers in danger is not only ignorant but extremely selfish. The amount of people who rely on your store need to know they are safe. It's unfortunate.
