Lost package right after I paid at the counter. Can't make this up. No assistance and lots of hostility on follow up calls.

After going to this location once to pickup a package I had to go a second time. I got a text at 9:38 saying that my package was available for pickup. Now I can't pickup the package until Monday because apparently it arrived at a different time than when they could open the area of where it was dropped off. Beyond pissed because I gave them my information already the first time I went there and apparently a supervisor found my package. But then the second time I went there the super visitor was apparently in a meeting again and I had to give them my information again. Why is this stupid service saying a package is available for pickup between X amount of hours and then the employees refuse to go back there and get it. Beyond irritated at the service here and don't know how they keep shit in order there. read more

I love to visit this station for my mailing needs. From Preston talking Chiefs/Royals with me as I am a fan from KS..to the ladies up front with smiles on their faces. To a new gentleman I gave encountered a couple times (Duke) these crew members deserve commending! I can see them working hard and efficiently while have a positive attitude. Pro tip here: use the mail machine in the lobby! It would great. I even go on Sundays and use it when no one is there. This location has about 90% kind employees. There is always those ones who get annoyed easily, but for the most party they are helpful and have a smile on their face. The parking lot can get a little crazy. My mom mailed me two packages and one got here a week ago. The other one was last registered in Pontiac, MI. At this point we assumed it was lost and she put in an inquiry. She never heard anything back from the local office in Michigan, but she was SO happy when someone called her all the way from the Moore location today. She said the employee who called her was the only one to reach out and address the issue. He apologized for the delay (even though the delay was on the Michigan end) and reassured her that it said it finally left Pontiac. She doesn't have Yelp, but she wants to thank you for taking the time out of your day to make her day! read more

I just dont understand. Every time I come in for something simple it turns into the worst experience. The employees here need to learn how to have some kind of personality or smile or be friendly or something. Understandable u may be having a a bad day but u guys have a good job so learn some customer service. Especially Preston, horrible attitude and just flung an envelope at me. Tired of it. How aggravating! I drove all the way to Moore just to go to this post office that appears on this site to be open 24 hours. I only needed it to be open mid-afternoon on Saturday. It was closed, except for the lobby. The real pisser was that not even the machine was working, so I couldn't mail anything. What a waste of time! read more

When you walk into a USPS you prepare yourself for a poor experience however, today we went into the Moore, OK USPS and were fortunate to be assisted by Sherise. She went out of her way to inform us everything we will need to forward our Mother's mail (death) to California. She even was kind enough to see if mail was waiting for delivery and notified the Postal delivery person to hold the mail awaiting our change of address. Sherise was professional, kind, considerate and willing to help. She is a valued employee. read more
