Guy handled my packaged and after reading fragile on the box he plopped it on the scale and then proceeded to drop it behind the counter. I told him it had fragile written on there and he said "I know but if you wanted it treated like that it's going to be $18." And then proceeded to explain how to get claims fixed. I told him he was explaining this to the wrong person as I'm not the receiver. And he laughed while making snarky comments about my phone case and package as he printed out the receipt. OVERALL: Only go here if you have no other shipping options and want to be made fun of, gets the job done but only by seeming like they hate their life n job in the process ! :3
