FEDEX OKC SUCKS! They will leave your package near the fence for someone to come by and steal it! They will not have you sign for your package when it clearly states it needs sighing! They will lose your items and when you call them all you get are people from around the world never the U.S.A. and they will NOT help you or call you back as they promised! I am so sick of FEDEX!!! Not sure exactly which outlet it is but FEDEX in OK City can not read address on packages. Maybe there thumb or head is far far up there rear that it scrambles there brain .Maybe they dont speak english, I dont know. maybe investagation needs to be brought into their company. I have placed order with seller who uses FEDEX, and driver (Driver name is Benedict) somewhere in OKC delivered my package in a city/town good hour and half away from me. Maybe low IQ, How hard is it to read an address on packages... I can understand somewhat if there little gps/maps of some kind might give wrong area but total different town and just leave it there. WHY??? Maybe file lawsuits might get attention to hire people who can read. Maybe look into theft among the drivers. This is not first time with me. I will never order from a another retailer if they're using FedEx as the delivery. The experience I have had in ver the past couple of days is horrible. I even agreed to coming to play CJ up my own packages. Customer service is no help and you have to go through all this extra stuff before getting someone on the phone. The rating I would give them on customer service is a zero. For a package not to be able to be delivered for two days it should've been looked into, especially knowing that it's going to hotel or someone is at the counter 24 hours a day. This place is a joke and needs to be shut down. If it's not still in people packages, they're not delivering them. And as for the photo did they take of attempted delivery, but not leaving a delivery note saying that they've tried to come even though it is a hotel and it look like he took a picture of the bottom of his truck is a total joke.. We have used FedEx on many occasions, each time it is a hassle to get your packages and then when you ask questions about why packages can't be delivered to your home; you get some very idiotic answers, for instance I have a gate around my property but I have a bell that you can ring to let me know you're there , so that you can come in to my property; but noo they don't wanna push the button, because then it requires them to get their lazy butts out of their seat to push the button. enough said I don't recommend FedEx.! read more

I needed to overnight a package and this Fedex location is the closest to my house, so I visited it today. It's a bit tricky to get to if you don't know your way around the I-35 service roads, but the staff was very friendly and helped me ship my item quickly. I liked how helpful they were because I don't use Fedex very often, so being familiar with all their options is a bit of a mystery. read more

I've been to a lot of shipping centers and they all look the same, smell the same, work the same.The only difference is the level of customer service. That's not to say the guy at the front desk was mean to me or anything. He was efficient and very nice. It took him a millisecond to get my package so that I could be on with my day. Driver delivered only 1 of 2 packages. When i phoned to ask why only 1 was delivered I was told the 2nd package required a signature. I told the Fedex rep on the phone that I was home when the 1st package was delivered but I had to look outside on my porch to know it was there as the driver had not, to my knowledge knocked on the door and certainly did not ring the doorbell. When the driver returned with the 2nd package he was quite the smart ass with his attitude and in fact while driving away gave me the finger. I don't have to use Fedex as my method of shipment for my online purchase deliveries and you can rest assured I won't in the future. read more

My 2 day delivery was delivered by the 7th day! I could not get a straight answer from anyone at FedEx until it was to late! I finally got the info on where my package was when we went into a holiday weekend! So my shipment sat on a truck 6 miles from my home for 5 days! Crap company in general. Their international shipping is a joke. They burned us for 1000 in vat tax because the never sent the proper driver. After 6 mo, they get around to denying our claim for a refund of that vat tax. Sloppy, horrible service... Oh yeah. Shipping ground with this clowns will give you a delayed delivery if shipping close. They let your packages rattle along in the truck until the due date! Ups will deliver what they already have. Absolutely horrible spen$50.00 to have a letter sent to my house. Then because it was a check had to have it voided and the brokerage re send it with a signature and waited all day for it and they did not ring my door bell but left a notice saying no one was at home . Totally incompetent and lazy. This was a very important letter and spent $l100 for and will have to wait 24 hours to pick it up.. This has been a nightmare as I would not have used them unless I had needed to get it very quickly and I do hope others do not experience what I have read more
