When messaging Korey or Corey, he said my door was a weird angle ???? And I didn't have enough furniture for the boxes? The two young men who unloaded me, agreed the load was done well but could not believe it took 9 hours!!! they unloaded in 2 hours. A few things were broken and not from unload. they were actually poor packing decisions and one was maybe because of bumps from driving. I wanted to be happy with the $1200 LOAD ONLY...but unfortunately I was not and their review system doesn't ask for details. I was, however very happy with the quick moving unloaders that handled everything with care when I arrived in Arkansas. "Mindful Movers" recommended by Uhaul. I do wish I had taken U-Haul's recommendations for loading in OKC. Now I know.

I had moved across the country back in April and had the Lawrenceville, GA office hold my cube ever since. I was told to call the main line to get them to adjust my full monthly rate because my bill due date is tomorrow October 6th and I'm having my cube delivered this Friday, October 8th. JESSE refused to help me after I have been informed that they normally due this. So now I'm paying my full 30 day fee for a few days. BEWARE of speaking with this kid and using this company. They obviously could use losing customers!!!!!

After reviewing all of the details, they were very kind to initiate a refund to me as compensation for things that didn't go well. That does mean a lot that means I didn't overpay for something I didn't get and I am extremely grateful for that aspect of their customer service. That is something they are doing right and I hope that they learn from this experience and make improvements in the future.

Secondly I have pics of the back of the van to show there was plenty of room for my other stuff. The boxes you checked for insurance was to pays 60 cents a pound for damaged goods. Who in their right mind right mind would want 60 cent a pound as compensation? The extra you so graciously offered was 75 dollars . So 30 for my tv and 75 out of your kindness for a 500 dollar brand new tv that you made me pay 40 for a bok for it to not get broken. So I lost over what I paid u to move me and your gracious offer is 75. How about your smart elec employee who flared up in anger at my wife when asked about loading the rest of our stuff.
