Now I have to do the same thing again, but this time I took pictures of the laptop's condition before shipping. The service there is also a joke, as they take forever to come to the desk while sitting and talking to each other. FedEx management, please investigate this location and review their cameras. I am pretty sure your answer will be in the footage of their actions while customers are there and after they leave.
