Nich Jacob's shop in Newcastle sounded perfect. To put it succinctly, Nich knew what the problem was, fixed it quickly, didn't charge near as much as I expected and he let me watch. Also, he had a client when I got there whom he fixed up and then he took me immediately. Now, I'm back home in Norman and my little Samsung is sitting on its charger and it's up to 80% already. I learned a couple of things while I was watching him work. One, I'll never take the back off a smart phone and try to fix it, they're way too complicated! And two, since he can do this to every kind of phone, Newcastle has a phone genius in their town.
