I had moved across the country back in April and had the Lawrenceville, GA office hold my cube ever since. I was told to call the main line to get them to adjust my full monthly rate because my bill due date is tomorrow October 6th and I'm having my cube delivered this Friday, October 8th. JESSE refused to help me after I have been informed that they normally due this. So now I'm paying my full 30 day fee for a few days. BEWARE of speaking with this kid and using this company. We requested two trucks and four movers. They initially could not get the contract correct and it…read morehad conflicting information where we were getting one truck and two movers on one side of the document and two trucks and two movers document and they tried to reassure me that I was actually getting two trucks and four movers and I was trying to clearly communicate that this is a contractual agreement and that there's conflicting information and the contract needs to be correct. It took three attempts before the contract was actually written correct correctly. But that didn't matter because they were supposed to be there between six and 630 on a hot August day and they arrived at about 640 with one truck. I specifically asked if they were full-time workers or hired and they shared with me they were full-time and they also shared that they had their own moving trucks and they actually showed up in a U-Haul truck. Of course at this point when you're ready to move an entire house they kind of have you over a bend and they realize this so I had three movers and one truck and I made a phone call and I talked with the Oklahoma City manager, not the initial person out of Tulsa and he was very like well things happen, you know we're doing our best we have to pivot, blah, blah, blah blah blah, and they can go get another truck you know, U-Haul doesn't open until seven. They had a truck breakdown and they knew they didn't have their own moving truck last week. So again he kept saying well we can go wait at U-Haul but it's gonna slow down your move and we could get started and go ahead and get them going. Yada yada yada basically blew us off so we had one truck and three guys they started and they did move at a fairly consistent, slow pace. So they filled up one truck and if they would've had the second truck there we could've kept going. But what they had to do was they had to take an hour and 25 minutes to go get the second truck and they acted like well. it's really not a big deal but it actually is because if they would've had the second truck, they could've taken their hour lunch and then we could've gotten ahead of the game by 25 extra minutes. They were one supervisor type person and two younger guys, and then the third younger guy came along at 9:15. I called the owner Corey and all I got was things happen and we have to pivot and protocol this and protocol that and protocol this and he said they should communicate with you when the fourth guy is coming and there was no communication and he said well our protocol says this there is no communication. One of the young men dinged our Wall my husband ended up, going to Walmart to get some plaster and fixing it and painting it Someone else broke a lamp. And then one of the gentlemen opened our glass door too hard and the little thing that you slide to keep the glass door open broke. At this point, we just wanted them to leave. We did get a $100 discount for the hole in the wall and they are "ordering a lamp that should be there Tuesday or Wednesday we shall see. I really liked Corey the one from Tulsa, but he's a salesman and just be mindful of that. Jacob in Oklahoma City could give a rats behind. It was a debacle from the start. I had one young man who was dropping the F bomb in my home the other one his pants were literally falling down because he forgot to wear a belt. It just wasn't a great experience at all moving as stressful enough, but they certainly knew they had you over the barrel and when they just act like they don't care and that's my opinion, it makes it even worse. We end up tipping the movers. It's a hot August day over 100° took him a long time but my point being they knew they weren't gonna have two trucks for the contract and I think that's just shady. I would not recommend them based on my experience and my personal opinions .

I had moving blankets for my furniture and was prepared with tape and extras. Well, they said I didn't need to cover and all would be well. My white sofa was almost ruined. Wooden furniture scratched, dented, missing items. They used me because I was in time bind. I am a single senior woman and I trusted the kind, caring voice who I talked to for 10 minutes on the phone. I asked for my sofa to be cleaned and they refused. 260 dollars for 2 hours, local. no more than 8 min between pick up and drop off. No stairs, no assembly. Just poor and uncaring service. Shame

Through military moves and other moves this is by far the worst company that we have even encountered. The people who packed showed up late and left early the first day. This resulted in them rushing and staying very late the second day. Again when it came to loading the truck they showed up late. We had to call to get extra help to get the job finished. They just wanted to add another day which wasn't an option. They were there til nearly 10pm which was difficult when we have two young kids. They certainly need to learn how to be more efficient and appropriately schedule adequate staffing. The actual move was even more frustrating. We called several times to discuss delivery date. Every time we called they pushed back when we would be assigned a driver and therefore know a delivery date. We were guaranteed the day they loaded that we would meet the driver and be given a delivery date. This was definitely a lie. A driver had never been assigned (despite the move being scheduled for months). It was a holiday weekend when they loaded the truck so we had to wait 3 days before we could even get anyone on the phone. It took several more days to get a driver assigned and for the items to leave OK. The communication was horrible. They would not call us. We had to call them to get any information. Most of the times we called it would go to voicemail and again we would get no return call. On the rare occasion we actually got someone to pick up the phone we could get little information. We were even hung up on during one conversation. We requested to speak to someone higher up and were told they were on vacation and would call us when they got back in the office. We have left additional messages and still have not been called back. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable especially for the excessive amount of money that was spent for this move. I would absolutely recommend avoiding this company
