After reviewing all of the details, they were very kind to initiate a refund to me as compensation for things that didn't go well. That does mean a lot that means I didn't overpay for something I didn't get and I am extremely grateful for that aspect of their customer service. That is something they are doing right and I hope that they learn from this experience and make improvements in the future.

I understand the importance of protecting furniture, but an hour for a single couch seemed excessive, especially when the company charges by the hour. On top of that, the moving truck broke down. While I wasn't charged for the delay, it completely disrupted our moving schedule and caused a great deal of inconvenience. When the crew arrived at my parents' home, they simply left the furniture in the garage instead of bringing it inside. Before leaving, both movers rubbed their fingers together, clearly implying they expected a tip. My parents are elderly and do not speak English fluently, but they still understood how disrespectful that gesture was. No customer--especially elderly customers--should be made to feel pressured to tip. To make matters worse, I was charged nearly $700 for approximately three hours of work to move only a sectional couch and a TV stand. I have contacted the company multiple times by email regarding what I believe is an excessive charge, but I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Between the excessive time, the truck breakdown, the unprofessional behavior of the movers, the lack of care in delivering the furniture, and the unreasonable cost, I cannot recommend this company. I will never use their services again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

I had moved across the country back in April and had the Lawrenceville, GA office hold my cube ever since. I was told to call the main line to get them to adjust my full monthly rate because my bill due date is tomorrow October 6th and I'm having my cube delivered this Friday, October 8th. JESSE refused to help me after I have been informed that they normally due this. So now I'm paying my full 30 day fee for a few days. BEWARE of speaking with this kid and using this company. They obviously could use losing customers!!!!!

Two days later Taylor and Jordan came over to prepare the items for transport. On Sunday they returned and finished up and were other way by 11am. They arrived in Bangor Maine on Wednesday came to Glenburn Maine the next morning placed the items in the house and were on their way. I couldn't have asked for a better job. They maintained their sense of humor and even helped move other items in the house to accommodate new items. This group of men are amazing. It is impossible to give a greater recommendation. Taylor was very communicative on the phone ahead of the move so we knew what to expect, and he had some good tips for us to cut down on time and costs the day of. They showed up right on time and were very efficient in loading our belongings while also taking care with them. The entire crew was friendly, polite, and courteous to all of us during the whole process. Hopefully we never ever EVER have to move again, but if we do I would call these guys again in a heartbeat.
