I love how Darrell is right on top of his email, gets right back to me with answers, and keeps me informed of progress. It's so easy to email the art files and let them do the rest. We have had Action Printing of Norman do several full color jobs for us in the past few years, and I've always been pleased with both the quality and the impressive service. And most important, they are RELIABLE. My husband and I had our own printing company years ago, and I KNOW all the things that can go wrong. I wish I'd known about Action back then when we had to job out our full color work. I've never heard any of the BS excuses I used to get from our other printing vendors, when dealing with Darrell.

I will always choose this location whenever I have to do business with FedEx, and the reasons are below: since I am older anytime I have to do any chore with technical involved. I absolutely cannot stand it. I picked the coat up and they charged me $20. I took the coat back and asked to look at the spot again because it was still there and I wanted to make sure they had seen it to focus the cleaning upon that spot. They took it and when I went to pick it back up, they charged me another $13. The spot is still there! I told the guy, I just paid $20 for this two days ago. You want me to pay another $13. and the spot is still there. He then said, "I told you that when you dropped it off." I responded back, "You weren't even here, you didn't tell me anything." He quickly left the room - he had been caught in a lie - but they charged me the $13. Here's the conclusion he's gonna lose $1200 a year to get his $13. Over the last seven years he's been paid around $7,000. He got his $13 but he's lost $7,000. What a brilliant businessman he is. I prefer to deal with men that have integrity. I perfer to deal with people who care about customers. I'm looking for a new dry cleaners now. Does anyone know a good one? This one is lacking in leadership, character and customer service. I don't think he will be hard to replace.
