Good, quick service with knowledgeable staff. Would recommend this place to anybody. This is the place to go for all your tag needs.

This place awesome! I love the employees. Yes sometimes the wait time is long. They do try there best to get you in and out. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Take your business over there and say hi. I always come here. They even have a drive through if you don't want to go in. read more

They locked the door at 6:50pm after telling me I could run up the street and get my birth certificate. they were extremely rude! And wasted my time after I called 45 mins before they closed to verify I could come. They acted as if they were in a rush to leave just to stand in the parking lot after 7pm to associate! read more

I arrived 10 minutes after the doors opened on a Saturday, and the lobby was already packed with people. Within the next 10 minutes, everyone had been helped. I thoroughly enjoyed the efficient and friendly experience. read more

Mustang Tag Agency - Departments of Motor Vehicles Near Me - Mustang, Oklahoma

I recently visited the Mustang Tag Agency for a Real ID/license update and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience with one of the employees handling photos and customer questions. I asked a question regarding changing my address and voter registration information, and instead of receiving a clear explanation, I felt I was spoken to in a very condescending and dismissive manner. After asking for clarification because I genuinely did not understand the answer, the employee repeated herself with exaggerated gestures and tone that felt unnecessarily rude and unkind. I understand Real ID processing has probably been stressful and busy for staff, and I always try to be patient and respectful with customer service workers. However, this interaction genuinely left me upset and embarrassed. My license photo was taken immediately afterward, and even my family noticed how distressed I looked in the picture. I'm sharing this because people deserve to be treated with basic patience and professionalism when asking normal questions. I hope management encourages a more respectful customer experience moving forward. read more

I have been to this tag agency for a number of things. It is fast and the people are very nice and friendly.

I have been to many of the tag agencies around the state and am honestly say every time I use this one the people are always supper friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I had a few hiccups with getting my new cars tags and they helped me with every step. Thank you all for being so kind and patient with me. read more

After my fathers death I went here to see what the process was to transfer the title of their vehicles into my mothers name. I brought my elderly mother in with the paper work they requested and was told I needed more. I had to fly home, and on my next days off fly back with that paper work - only to be told I needed different paperwork. 19 degrees, icy, miserable and then to deal with incompetence. read more

wonderful people who really cared about my circumstances!! they we're kind and accommodating! great experience

Whatever junky system they have for setting appointments does not work. Will not let you come in to set up appointments. Too annoying for eords6 read more

GREAT Customer Service!!! Tiffany and Judy were awesome in handling my entire situation!!! By far this is the place to go for everything dealing with DMV concerns and issues. This will be my place for me from now on for DL's, vehicle and RV registrations, and State ID's. Thank you ladies!!! Your office sets the bar (HIGH) on how customer service should be accomplished!!! read more

Hands down the best and fastest tag agency I've been to. And they have a drive through! Very convenient and fast! I would recommend going here read more

From the time we moved to Oklahoma we have used this Tag Agency! What a great stress free environment! Those ladies working at this branch is top notch! So fun to go see them! I always feel like i'm being taken care of by them! 10 Stars! read more

The wait line is crazy. I needed a permit replacement and omg. It like I have to beg them for attention. Every time I call "sorry we already are book all this week, give us a call back next Tuesday at 9am" I called at 8:59 no answer so I thought they were still close, so 9am I soon I call the line is occupied. I'm so mad. I just want my permit replace, not a citizenship for me to keep waiting weeks and weeks. It already been a month I still haven't had a chance. read more

Too many regulations for even trying to get appointments. People there were not helpful and extremely rude when you call for information.

Awesome customer service, everyone working is always so friendly and helpful. If you've ever gone in while they're super busy you really have to keep track of who is next because there isn't room to form a line. A ticket system would be amazing to be sure the person who is truly next is helped. read more

I came to the tag agency at 9am on the dot. Out by 9:09. I needed a tag for my new vehicle, so I cannot speak to the ID situation. But they were very helpful and all had great attitudes for a Monday morning! I'll be sticking with this agency for my future needs! read more

So happy to get really nice people owning our tag agency. Very customer oriented. Smiling faces. Very sweet!! Thank you!!!!!

I love this tag agency! There are so many people working behind the counter keeping everyone moving right along -- AND their drive through is awesome! Highly recommend this place. read more

This is by far the BEST tag agency I have ever been to. We have moved to Binger, but we still go to this tag agency because they are so awesome! The nicest, most professional people work here. They go above and beyond for our Seniors also. They have a drive thru for our seniors and they even put the sticker on my Mom's car for her, so she did not have to get out of her car. Now that is service! read more

If wearing a mask to help protect other people and yourself is important to you, I would not suggest using this tag office. I was there today and not one employee behind the counter had a mask on. I did not see one mask anywhere inside other than on the two other customers that were in the office along with me. I have a new tag to purchase and while this office is an extremely convenient location for me, I will be heading to another tag office. I hope this office will consider re-visiting their policy around the safety and health of others. read more

Employees are friendly and efficient. Please please please install a customer ticketing system. Today I was waiting in line like everyone else when a gristle of a man walked in a side door, looked at the line then sat down in a chair while the 10 of us remained standing and waiting. Two customers were waited on when he stood up in front of me and when a clerk said 'Next in line', he jumped right in front of me and I approached him at the counter and advised him I was next. He informed me he had been waiting for quite a while and everywhere was waiting before him had been waited on. The clerk didn't flinch and waited on him. I know they are busy and can't keep track of who is next, but a ticketing system would. read more

The staff is extremely proficient and friendly. There is never a long wait, and they always answer any and all questions about my needs to the fullest extent. All of the staff I have dealt with are in a positive mood and take time to insure everything is done right! read more

Very nice employees but they closed early and no business should do that as their times are posted on the doors

Great place alway fast service. Very friendly and will always go the extra step to help you. Plenty of parking reasonable rates.

Favorite tag agency hands down, hardly ever a wait, and when there is seems to always be a friendly talkative bunch waiting with me

Excellent customer service. Boone and his team are true professionals and kind human beings. I was referred to them by my mentor in Florida and I came to them from Texas. That should tell you how awesome they are. Thank you all for great customer service. read more
