It's easy to complain of course when things don't go your way or if you don't come prepared. I showed up at 7:10 am. They open at 8 am. I went early cause of what I read and I'm glad I did. They separate you into lines of test takers and those who are not. After they do that, they send those home from the test taker side that they can't get to for today (they took 10). Then the other line, they give you a ticket number and explain to come back after the 3rd text. My 3rd text came at like 8:40 so not too long at all. Now to do the eye test and get the paper I need for the Tag Agency. The people working here were straightforward and explained the process well. The reason why it's 3 star for me is simply just the building itself. But overall, if you're prepared - you shouldn't run into any issues. I was expecting the worst and will be out of here way sooner than I anticipated. Hopefully this will help anyone else from out of state trying to get their OK ID! Edit - so I ended up having to wait until about 11. But that being said, I was able to knock out everything I needed. The staff were very kind and helpful to me and those around me.

We wait the entire time, and once we're told it's our turn, we're told that they're done taking tests for the day and that today has been an "off day" for them and their system couldn't update to cancel us. Don't even bother, just go anywhere else.

After moving back to OK last month, every one of my visits to the Moore Tag Agency reminded me how good it was to be home. I appreciated the helpful, personal service, and also the useful suggestions about how to resolve problems at the state level. The first location we visited wasn't correct, so we ended up at the Lawton-Fort Sill Tag Agency. We walked-in on a Friday afternoon (no appointment) and the entire process (including wait time) was less than 1.5 hrs if I remember correctly. Don't forget to pull a ticket when you enter! - $68.23 for a 1 year vehicle registration, credit cards accepted (without military exemption form) (October 2025) - No safety check required - Oklahoma requires one license plate, which was received and installed

Please take notes from Indiana. We went to this location after having a horrific experience at the location off I-240. Avoid the pain and don't go to that one, but this one instead. We were at the counter within 25 minutes of getting our tickets at the door. The girls were sarcastic, which I very much enjoy. My husband walked up after the other agent's client walked away and the four of us had a pleasant transaction. It was pretty quick and painless. We then sat down for a couple of minutes before being called up to pay. There was a computer issue that slowed down that process, but she was very pleasant as well. I will definitely go back to that location if I have to make another trip to the license branch.

The state system crashed while I was there, so everything came to a standstill, but about 45 minutes later Latrice personally called me to let me know it was back up and told me to come back in. That kind of customer service is hard to find. When I got back, there was no wait, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Eddie helped me with my out of state license plate transfer and was super nice and made the whole process easy. There was also a Spanish speaking customer ahead of me, and I loved seeing how inclusive Northwest Tag was. The employees were incredibly patient and made sure the customer was matched with a Spanish speaking employee so they could be helped comfortably. The office was clean, everyone was welcoming, and they turned what could've been a frustrating experience into a really great one. I'll definitely be coming back and would absolutely recommend this tag agency!

I came in the 2nd week of December to get License Plate for my SUV and Drivers License since I…read morerecently moved to Oklahoma from Las Vegas. My son told me Oklahoma doesn't have DMV offices and you have to go to a Tag Agency. I have to say this was so much better than the horrible DMV offices in Nevada. You have to have an appointment like 3 months in advance if you can get one. Before the pandemic you could just walk-in , but you would be there for hours trying to get something done with all the California people moving there and some from other places. This was so much better of an experience ! Everyone was so nice as most of the people I've dealt with in Oklahoma. It reminds me of the small town I grew up in South Carolina in the 70's and 80's. I had to do 2 different lines. The first was a young lady who did my registration , plate , and sticker. She also informed me that I would have to get a new title to register in Oklahoma. I've never heard that before , but I guess they do that in some states. She also went out to my SUV to verify the VIN. Thankfully it's not lifted since she could barely get up to see it without getting on the tire , it is a Toyota FJ Cruiser 4x4 so it does sit higher than most standard SUVs. The 2nd line I showed all my documentation to this lady to verify I had everything to get my new Oklahoma Drivers License. She arranged everything neatly to give to the another lady when it was my turn and also reminded me to let her know that I had Motorcycle Endorsement also so it could be listed on my Oklahoma License. There were a few people ahead of me for the Drivers License so I did have to wait over an hour , but they had chairs and the lady would talk to me and the others waiting as she was helping someone else. I only had to wait behind one person for the registration and they had 3 people working that counter. The drivers license lady also added my Veterans Status and Real ID on my license since I brought in my Passport . I'm not complaining , as I said in Las Vegas it would take you usually 3 hours or more at the DMV before they started doing appointments and still it takes at least an hour to do your stuff. I highly recommend this location for your drivers license , registration , etc.
