I just have to write a review after my experience in Nordstrom Rack this weekend! I went in to procure some ties for the four groomsmen in my wedding...in 6 days. I found one that I liked, but they only had two, so an employee named Houston ran a report to find other stores that could ship it to me. Not only did he try and find the ties, he took the time (a LOT of time) calling around trying to find a store that had two so that I only had to pay shipping once. When he was unsuccesful, he took it to the next level by contacting his area manager who sent out a company-wide email. They managed to find the ties, but at different stores. Well, being Nordstrom (meaning awesome), they sent me the ties from different stores, with 2-day shipping, for the cost of regular shipping from one store. Got them in the mail 3 days later, and they were perfect! Thank you thank you thank you Houston and Nordstrom Rack!! (Just a note - I started this review in March. They have a great selection of quality clothes and accessories. Anna was tremendous since she was able to check me cashier me at another checkout area since I was paying with a credit card. Anna was very helpful and told us about the Nordstrom card and benefits about $100.00 free alterations. They have lots of private parking, roomy isles, markdowns and clearance items clearly displayed. I will be back again for some more clothing and accessories. read more

This is one of my favorite places to shop. I rarely come out of here without something in hand. The section of purses is always my favorite to check out and I love the selection of Kate Spade. The staff is super helpful and I love the handheld for easy checkout. Being a haute look shopper I love that I can return any items that's don't work out right to store. read more

Am I the only person who hasn't been to this store? No one ever told me I had to go there for shoes! It has an emmence (where is spell checker!) shoe department, and lots of shoes in every size and mens to size16! My husband wears 14 and he thinks thats big! They weren't exactly cheep but I talked to an excited lady who found a pair that werent even online! That must be good. The clothes werren't my taste, jeans with holes in them but I know the kids like those styles. I wished they had home accesories which is the reason I only gave 3 stars...the amount of shoes are worth seeing! The people were very nice and it was a fun shopping experience! read more

I wish I didn't even have to give a star! My first time at Nordstrom Rack wasn't anything special. I purchased a pair of cute booties that I had to return later on as they did not fit. Anyways, I went to make my return and the lady who helped me made everything seem like it was fine. She handed me my return receipt and I went on my way. Now I know that refunds take a while to process so I checked back later on and found that instead of my account being refunded 75.64, I was actually charged AGAIN for the same amount causing my account to overdraft! Such terrible service and I will not ever be returning. I wish my first Yelp review wasn't a negative one, but I am so disappointed with their service. read more

This is a funny situation in posting my review. The last review I wrote for Nordstrom Rack was for this location. I went to the Broadway location the other day and was ready to write a review of that location when I realized I posted on the Broadway site. At any rate, I was not thrilled with any one of them. Prices are high in both locations. The one on the East side seems to cater to a less stylish crowd. I hate when stores do this. Maybe it is a marketing tool. They check out which type of customer is in a particular area and stock up with what they believe are the right styles for each location. At any rate, both stores are messy, especially the clearance racks. Which by the way are not very clearance prices. Sorry, but don't care for either store. The staff in both seems very nice and accommodating. It is just the clothes which also most you have to hand wash. Again, not my liking. read more

I just discovered this store!! I'm very impressed, both with the prices and sales personnel. I'd bought a pair of "Not Your Daughter's Jeans" in Michigan a month ago for $130, and found a pair today for $59.97. Same ones, different color. I also bought a NYDJ capris, regular $80, for $39, and so forth. Everything I bought is high quality, name brands. I'm going after a Michael Kors purse next..those discount prices are definitely worth buying. I never made it to the rest of the store as I didn't have time, but even my husband said he's going with me next time as there is a men's section. The store is neat and clean. The dressing rooms are controlled and the staff is there to get you another size, etc. I can't wait to go back when I have more time. I've emailed my friends who come to Tucson in the winter and shop with me. read more

Just had the worst experience ever. Nordstrom rack just lost out on money due to lack of customer service. First off, the woman running the fitting rooms kept repeating that they closed in 10 minutes which we were aware of hence trying on clothes (however it was 8:40). The woman was rushing me and practically grabbed the clothes out of my hand. My boyfriend and I shared a room and the short bald security guard was called in because my boyfriend brought a pair of shoes in to ask my opinion. He was obviously picked on in high school as he flexed on us for bringing a pair of shoes in the room for less than a minute. Needless to say, we never finished trying on our clothes because of how we were treated caused us to leave. I am a long time rack shopper and I can say I will never go back to this location again. Another thing I regret is spending the 300some dollars in shoes. We should have walked out as soon as we were treated poorly. read more

New to Tucson and my first time at this Rack. Very pleased. It reminds me of the Racks I visited in the Portland suburbs. I found the exact pair of NYDJ that I was looking for at $35, in fact there were 2 options one petite and one ankle length. There are petite racks but I did not see the higher quality clothes like Eileen Fisher. The shoe selection is not like what I was used to in downtown Portland as there are not the quality brand Italian shoes here. But even in Portland I rarely found shoes I purchased. I have noticed the national brands in Tucson do not carry as much of the higher quality products as I saw in the comparable Portland stores - Saks off 5th, Tuesday Morning, and now the Rack. But I think it has more to do with the local style and culture and these retailers are responding to what customers actually buy. Tucsonians seem to be lagging in personal style. read more

This Nordstrom Rack has everything I need to fulfill my clothing needs, I purchased a wonderful suit that was tailored on the spot and shoes by Cole Haan that are triple the price at La Encantada. I also found high end running shoes that were a third of the price at Nike. Where else are you going to get a great suit for a third off that still in season. What really brought me in is their super good deals and names for low prices....and where else can you find these wonderful choices in Tucson. Shopping here is very limited! My girlfriend purchased several very nice dresses on sale and 4 pairs of shoes that were over 200$ original price. We needed 2 shopping carts! The selection for mens shoes was phenomenal and womens was even better, if you cant find anything, your Crazy!!! We were there for over 2 hours! I've been to a Rack before and this one can compete....selection and styles! I was very surprised at what I found since the store isn't near a big metropolitan area like San Francisco, or New York. Thank you Nordstrom for finally opening, this city was in desperate need of you! read more
