I realized that the manager is a little hostile with the girls that work for the store and that could be the reason for the constant staffing change. I was extremely uncomfortable when i witnessed the manager speaking Poorly of some of the staff to another worker and in front of the customers. That is not acceptable in my work place so I'm not sure how it flies in your business. As she was trying on, the owner of the store steps out from the back and in a nasty tone was like I thought we decided on the other pair. I also noticed her whispering to the sales girl in reference to my daughter. I could tell she was annoyed with us. I didn't understand the attitude. We we're keeping the shoes. It was just an exchange for another pair. As a customer, we have the right to be satisfied and ultimately we have the final decision in our purchase. My daughter was anxious prior to going to the store because she was afraid this was reaction she was going to get and this woman's didn't help in the least. I was highly disappointed in the treatment we received today. It was completely unnecessary. I will not be shopping there in the future. You have lost a customer.
