Visited store yesterday around 3 pm. I dealt with rudest person ever in retail. Store manager that day acted as though he was in military bootcamp. Very nasty attitude. I contacted customer service number and explained the rudeness of the manager. They said it would be referred and a contact will be in touch.i will send letter to corpirate. Went into UGG store today because, My wife and all my daughters cant stop raveing how much they love the UGG boots. I needed a pair of winter boots that were comfortable and really really warm. they had one really nice pair of boots, only problem they were sued and not waterproof. Yes my friends this is a REAL Ugg store(as in Ugg Australia) as in the ONLY thing they sell is Uggs. well there is an Ugg store in Manhattan ...go there for the newest styles but come here if you want a bargain. Yes truly I mean a bargain. their clearance rack has allowed me to buy boots and shoes at 50% off. The others shoes & boots are always at least 20 dollars cheaper then the NYC store and the website. Literally drive 20-30 min to go to the store, I arrive and even though online it states open until 8 pm, (it's 5 pm) I am greeted with "we are closing our store early"... If you want UGGs go here!! They are much cheaper here than buying them online or going to a regular store. They have a clearance section in the back that I have had some great finds. I have a pair of short blue UGGs that are super cozy and guess what only 40 bucks! I went here a couple of days ago and at the counter they had two pairs of cream colored minis size 7 and 8. Only 50 bucks each. Me and my mother snatched them up and brought them home. I also have tall pink UGGs, Purple slippers, and moccasins from here, all for great prices. You can say our family is a little UGG obsessed. Sometimes you can find stuff here and sometimes you find nothing good it all depends on the day but don't give up you will find something good, I promise! read more

Worth the trip up from NYC ! Avoid full prices and tourists at a Manhattan boutique and come here. This place stocks the classics for about $100-$120 and you will often find boots on sale for $40-$80 WOW ! If you want new and seasonal styles they have them here too often at a little less then full prices. My mom and I recently snagged some tall boots for $100 a pop! There is also a large selection of men's and kid's shoes here too ! read more

I went to get a Christmas present here today and was impressed with the sales person. Her name was Emily. I asked for the brown boots and she searched for a long time up and down the ladders all over the store. When she found them I realized I meant to say the chocolate color. They have this ridiculous entry system for the holidays. You have to stand outside in the cold until they decide you are worthy of gaining entry. Three of us waited while about 15 people came out before we were told we could go in. However, when the girl controlling the entry saw there were 3 of us she said only two could go in!!! WTF!! There were no crowds and the aisles were clear enough for people to pass without any problem. I wouldn't buy anything in there no matter what the price. What a way to treat your customers. Today I went into the store with my little sister with intentions to buy some shoes. The moment I walked in my sister and I were followed through out the entire store. The woman that was greeting the shoppers LEFT THE DOOR and followed the both of us to the back of the store. There were 3 employees on the floor, room full of shoppers but for some reason all their attention were on two black females minding their own business. My sister caught a glimpse of the male who was originally at the desk make a hand gesture and while we were looking at the moccasins he went to the front window and then came to us asking questions on top of questions. Another girl was doing that fix what's already in order 500 times around us and the other female basically would not let me shop in peace, schooling me on uggs and taking the boxes out even tho other shoppers were doing all that themselves. I left the store and didn't buy a thing, I was completely uncomfortable and upset that me and my 17 year old sister had to deal with these workers following the only two black people in the store while everyone else were free to look around. I will NOT EVER come back to this place. Truly offended. read more
