I hung up and called back to be told that her manager had told her to do something different. Mind you she never came to the line to update me , refresh with me or to tell me what was going on. during the whole hour and seventeen minutes no one even cared for who was waiting on their phone line. Whoever was on the closing shift on Nov 27th 2023 deserves to at the very least be retrain on how to treat people in general. Why have people like this to represent your Brand??
