Keep in mind, when shopping here, expect Raulph Lauren prices, but in my eyes, you're paying for the quality and reputation of Ralph Lauren!

Not to be found at Gucci. Gucci proceeded to mail the present to an address the birthday person wouldn't be at- and no sticker. It's somewhere in freight at a resort. I am out $1100. Gucci customer service is a JOKE! Chat responds in 28 hours!! They consistently apologize but no one does anything! Everyone blames someone else. DO NOT buy Gucci unless you leave with it in hand.

However, after 10 days it did not arrive. I called the East Hampton store and was helped by Roberta who told me it was on backorder and suggested several other options. She texted me photos of all the available sweatshirts for children and provided sizing information as well. Then she shipped it out that day. When the package arrived shortly thereafter, it included a sweet birthday note for my grandson, as well as some small stickers and a cap. What a nice surprise! Thank you Roberta and Breezin Up East Hampton. We are fans for life!

Additionally, we were told we could not try anything on, but when we walked out, some other woman was actively trying on several different outfits. I'm not sure if it's because we looked like we weren't buying or if there was some other reason, but it was completely unprofessional and discourteous. Even though it was 70% off and lots of inventory, I would not recommend this store and am disgusted at the abysmal service.

Lots of actual designer labels here, even some YSL and Gucci bags behind glass. If you hit it right, you can get designer dresses marked down from hundreds of dollars for just $90 or so if you're shopping toward the end of the season. On my most recent trip here I walked out with $4 jean shorts, a $12 top, two pairs of casual shorts that came in a set for $6, and a two piece outfit for $29. Finding these items, especially on clearance, is a bit of a dig. It's decently well organized, but the clearance section is definitely a bit of the wild, wild west. Lots of things in this store are the very last one, so if you see something you love but need a different size you're probably out of luck. Definitely worth a stop in if you're in the area.
