I ordered something online and it didnt fit and they refuse to refund me in cash, which is pretty bad

This company is NOT legitimate. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!! I wanted to order a sweater that said in its ad and from their Customer Service Rep that there was free shipping on orders over $100. On Oct. 4, 2024 I received an email from them stating I would get free shipping for over a $100. I tried again & the site said free shipping over $250. This item was approx. $158. It wanted to charge me $15 for shipping. I sent back another email telling them this. On Oct 5 at 1:01 PM, I was sent another email stating I must pay over $250 for free shipping. This is classic 'Bait and Switch' and illegal. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and am angry over their illegal tactics. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! read more

For a "luxury" boutique, the customer service is complete trash. Jeffrey Goldstein who apparently is the owner conducts himself rather unprofessionally. Saw the ugly rude side of Zoey that I read and heard about. It is a shame as we had a reasonable experience last time and went back with the family with the intent of spending. Never going back to that location and don't recommend it. If you want an amazing, friendly, fun shopping experience, visit the West Village and Madison Avenue locations and work with Eddie and Fletcher. Zoey's nasty demeanor is a mood crusher - didn't realize sales people were allowed to be so rude and dismissive. I never post and felt compelled to because Zoe was awful. Miserable chick. read more

Hard pass-- Not worth the price point on some brands that you can find elsewhere, like Stone Island, Golden Goose or some of the accessories they carry. Have had a few interactions with employees here and overall I'd have to say the image they put forth as a store doesn't really have me rushing to go back. read more

After reading the reviews I was hesitant, but once I received my order I was impressed by how quickly it came and how all of the clothing I ordered was in perfect condition. I love everything I got and I will definitely be ordering from this store again! Such a wide selection of trendy brands for both men and women - Definitely a great choice for holiday gifting! Awful, just awful costumer service and return policy. They don't mention on the page of the item you are about to bu that it's a final sale ( any sale item is a final sale!!!!) I was rooting for this store as my friends told me about it and even showed me this awesome hoodie from there. I showed up and asked to try on different hoodie sizes and coincidentally it was the owner who I had heard from my friend was nice. Instead he was very rude to me when I asked to try on different sizes as I think he thought I wasn't going to buy anything. When I showed up to the register he apologized and gave me a discount, but that's not how you should treat customers. I've even called the stores when I have questions and they give me insight. I recommend giving this store a shot, they carry many high end brands it's perfect for a one stop shop. Do they take Siestas in the Hamptons? On my first attempt to stop in at Blue & Cream one Saturday afternoon, the sign on the locked door said "Be back at 2:30." O-kay. Don't they know about all those "one hour only" parking signs?? On my second attempt, after moving the car into a "two hour" lot, the door was open, but once inside I wasn't so impressed. The salesgirl not only didn't acknowledge us, she almost blatantly ignored us. I didn't see even one thing that caught my eye or that I wanted to try on. The selections just seemed very "juniors department" to me, more tacky than trendy. Maybe it was just the current merchandise in stock, but I expected more of a Scoop and felt like it was more of a high end Strawberry. read more
