I had the absolute pleasure of visiting this wonderful upscale consignment shop, and it was truly a memorable experience--not just for the beautiful selection of high-quality items, but because of the incredible warmth and kindness of the owner, Kathy. From the moment we walked in, Kathy greeted us with a smile that was both genuine and welcoming. She went above and beyond to ensure that my adult son, who has a disability, felt comfortable and included. Her kindness was not performative--it was deeply authentic. She spoke to him with warmth and respect, taking the time to engage with him in a way that made him feel at ease and truly seen. That kind of inclusivity and compassion is rare and deeply appreciated. The shop itself is beautifully curated--elegant, inviting, and full of treasures waiting to be discovered. It's clear that Kathy puts care and thought into everything, from the pieces she selects to the experience she creates for each guest. Great Store!! Exceptionally good quality pre owned items. I have bought here since it has opened and all items are absolutely authentic and vetted by reputable companies that certify pre owned items. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. There is a certain amount of exclusivity shopping here it is the Hamptons, don't be surprised to see a celebrity of two in the store. Be aware, in season the store is very busy! There is a sign asking only 4 people to enter at a time. Be prepared to possibly wait outside on a busy day...well worth the wait though!! Despite some misguided comments previously made, everyone is welcome. Like Louie and Gucci who also have customer limits to enter, maintaining store security and customer care is an integral mission for Cat Walk Couture. It seems some people have take that personally. Very personal attention is given to every customer in a very small well curated shop and maintaining semblance and security is one of the owners missions. PLEASE READ I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT SHOPPING HERE!! I had a had a disheartening experience while shopping at catwalk couture recently, and it was mainly due to Cathy's sales approach. When I showed interest in a pair of pants, Cathy immediately dismissed the idea of me fitting into them without even suggesting I try them on. Her lack of willingness to assist and her assumption about my size was absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. I was extremely upset with how she treated me. Upon confronting her a few hours later, she told me, "you would have ripped the pants." Effective sales requires a respectful and helpful demeanor, which Cathy seemed to completely overlook. As customers, we deserve better treatment and consideration. I cannot recommend this establishment to others who value respectful and pleasant interactions. read more

That's the saddest thing I've ever heard. No one has EVER been thrown out of my store in the history of my store. There are 2 not 1 but 2 big signs posted right at the entrance stating we allow 4 in the store only at any given time! There were 9 people in the store, 3 as you stated, (POC) and it was to much for any one person to help anyone at that given moment. I asked for you to please come back once it cleared out a bit. I'm very disappointed with my purchase from Cathy. I bought a pair of shoes that broke within just an hour of wearing them. It's clear there was no attention to quality control. To make matters worse, the customer service experience was equally unsatisfactory did not offer any resolution. Cathy needs to do a much better job of checking the quality of the items she's selling and improving her customer service. I expected much more, especially for the price I paid.
