Then I couldn't get my bike to start again. 3 of us tried pressing everything. Couldn't get it to come on. Called the store only to hear a recording that the number has been disconnected. Paid $40 for an Uber back to the shop. They started the bike right up. There was another button to press in addition to the power. I asked if they could credit me the remaining time or pay my uber since I am now there returning bike and my friends are still out riding around. They said no. When my friends returned, the person who booked asked the woman about a credit for unused time/issue with bike. She said NO, So all of the things that we were about to buy were left at the store, Very poor customer service. A mere goodwill $20 credit would have gotten you ~$500 in sales. Don't rent from this place.

Only refunded the one bike out of the three of us, even though it cut the whole trip short after only half any hour end. Employees got extremely aggressive and threatening when pushed about refunds. When they picked us up at the site of the wreck, they put us in the back of a van with no seats which was very unsafe on a winding highway road. They were just horribly rude the entire experience, even before the mishap.

They have a variety of merchandise that includes tshirts, sweatshirts, shorts, snap backs ect. We got 4 tshirts and a snap back and the prices were reasonable. The shirts were true to size and looked great! This is a great place to get some Montauk gear for a decent price! Check it out :)

This is one of my favorite shirt stores at Gosmans dock. They have quality sweatshirts, hoodies, polar fleeces, tee shirts, towels, bumper stickers and other items to show your Montauk pride. It's funny, when your on Long Island it's no big deal. But when you leave and go on vacation to a place like Disney? Then you're "Mr" Long Island! When I was 30 I wouldn't wear tee shirts much less a Montauk shirt. I always wore polo shirts. Now? I don't care and power to the people. I just bought a Montauk tee shirt with a Jeep on the front. He asked me not to touch anything and he wasn't going to move things around. On the other hand, they did have a lot of great finds in home decor. This section was very well kept and stocked, there was a lot I was left inspired by. The young gentleman working this area was extremely amicable and willing to accommodate my baby and myself. I also did notice that they had a wide variety of clothing, so much better than the other stores I have been to. The clothing at this location is more reasonable in terms of what someone would actually wear and the pricing. I am seriously considering going shopping here for my daughter and myself. The best find for me was kids clothing and women's jeans, both of which were cheap for great brands such as Limited Too for kids and Lucky Brand Jeans. Overall I would say that this store is worth returning to. I do not consider this a 5 Star store, however 3 stars is too low of a rating. If they would clean up and restock their makeup and shoe department, that rating could change dramatically. One more plus is that they are pretty fast at checkout and keep enough people on registers to match the demand.
