Greenport is super sleepy in mid November, some shops are open, nobody was on the streets. I felt like Vincent Price in The Last Man on Earth and as we entered Greenport Fire thinking surf zombies were likely on our tail, I started tasting hot sauces, all of them. "Line 'em up and I'll put 'em down" until the searing sandblasting outer cheek pain melded with my now Schofield Unit mouth of fire causing ample pain, but I liked it so I had more. Heather (store owner and super mom) and I were having a good time talking hot sauce, I pointed out that i took part in some hot wings eating contests, one YELP sponsored, saying this between towel dabbing the sweat from my brow. Walking out with two bottles of the local Greenport hot sauce and some incense for the bathroom the next day, this store is a must see if your in town. They even had NFL on the big screen in the back, Giants were losing a d the Jets had a great day as they were on their Bye Week and couldn't embarrass themselves, barring the Sanchez situation.

I purchased a "deluxe" bouquet for $99.99 (+ $10 delivery fee and $7.99 service fee, and taxes) for a total of $127.43. It looked nothing like the photo. I understand that the flowers will vary with seasonal availability, but it didn't even follow the same "recipe" as the arrangement I paid for. I paid for an arrangement with 4 roses in it and the one I received only had 2. It was also very sparse with way less flowers. It was delivered on a Thursday and I called them on Saturday to express my disappointment and ask if I got the wrong one delivered. The owner was understanding and agreed it was not to the quality of the "deluxe" bouquet, and said she had someone filling in for her that day who must have not realized it was a deluxe arrangement. She said she was sending a replacement to be delivered that day, Friday, or Saturday at the latest. It never showed up and I called the following Wednesday to check in and she said they were waiting a little longer so the flowers I received would die and a new one would be a timely replacement. It's now Saturday and it hasn't showed up. I was pleased that they said they were willing to make it right, but they never followed through. I'll edit this review if they do.

The day of the wedding, however, these people brought completely different flowers than the one my sister had selected. Additionally, the flowers they brought were drab, lifeless, and wilted. Take a look at the attached pictures and judge for yourself. Finally, they failed to set everything up on time despite having advance notice, so we had to delay the entire wedding for around 45 minutes to an hour for them to finish setting up. If you want your wedding ruined, pick these guys. If you want your wedding to go well, pick someone else. Afterward, they were completely unrepentant and unapologetic about it. When my mom left a negative review, they threatened legal action if she didn't take it down. Well, I'm not scared of their threats. If you guys want to sue me, reach out and I'll give you my address so you can effect service of process. I would *love* to litigate the accuracy of this. EDIT: the owner has responded claiming that this review is not true, but the pictures speak for themselves. She is lying. Imagine what else she is lying about. The owner doesn't even know me - we've never interacted and she's never heard my name. Message me if you would like more information. Do yourself a favor - read through her reviews. Many of them are positive, but quite a few are negative - I'm not the only one saying this. Finally, look how often she calls people liars, unstable, immoral, etc. when they complain about her. Ask yourself this: do you want to be the one she's one day calling an unstable, immoral liar on here after she screws up your own wedding? This is how she talks about the people who complain when she drops the ball and ruins a wedding. Maybe one day it'll be how she talks about you. Rachel, if you're reading this: if I'm really slandering you, then sue me. I will give you my address so you can file the lawsuit and serve me with process. But you're not going to do that, because you don't actually want these allegations adjudicated in court, because you know that they're true and you would lose.
