That was odd to me but ok, I had to find a last minute birthday card, as I wondered around trying to find them, finally picked one and headed to the register. I had no cash on me, and I was told in order to use my card I'd have to spend more money. The woman was nasty about it, which completely turned me off. In NY, if you take credit cards you are not allowed to have a minimum. I walked out without the card, and won't be returning.
