The cat tried to scratch me. The woman insisted the cat was friendly, told me to show my hand. I didn't want to, but she insisted I try again. Cat scratched me and drew blood. Woman was not apologetic at all! Just told me to spray antiseptic! WTF The lovely people a few stores over insisted I use their bathroom to clean my two bleeding cuts. A very horrible experience that ruined my day. I will never go back to that store.
