I understand that the flowers will vary with seasonal availability, but it didn't even follow the same "recipe" as the arrangement I paid for. I paid for an arrangement with 4 roses in it and the one I received only had 2. It was also very sparse with way less flowers. It was delivered on a Thursday and I called them on Saturday to express my disappointment and ask if I got the wrong one delivered. The owner was understanding and agreed it was not to the quality of the "deluxe" bouquet, and said she had someone filling in for her that day who must have not realized it was a deluxe arrangement. She said she was sending a replacement to be delivered that day, Friday, or Saturday at the latest. It never showed up and I called the following Wednesday to check in and she said they were waiting a little longer so the flowers I received would die and a new one would be a timely replacement. It's now Saturday and it hasn't showed up. I was pleased that they said they were willing to make it right, but they never followed through. I'll edit this review if they do.

I parked right in front of the Commack florist store and hope for the best. I go in, the place is small but clean and organized. There's a lady at the register seemingly counting cash as it was near closing time. She did not acknowledge or welcome me. The least she could've done was make me aware that someone will be right with me. Nevertheless, another lady, came from the back and asked how can I help you? I'm huge on delivering intentional customer service. Therefore, when I'm walking through the doors of any business, with that chances of spending my hard worked earnings, I'm expecting some type of greeting. To sum it up, there's room for improvement there. On to the flowers. They have several pre-made flowers that are ready to go. I decided on custom arrangements of colorful flowers. They came out beautiful. The price point was the typical price of medium size bouquets. I'll always believe flowers are luxury product and will always be overpriced. However, for all that my mother in law has done for me and my children/family, she deserves it! 5 stars to the lady who arranged the bouquet, she did her thing. I'd shout her out if I knew her name.
