Visited this boutique on my trip to the East End and thought that the prices for jewelry was very overpriced for the quality of the items and clothing looked trendy and wasn't a good quality fabric, mostly blended sweaters (hard to find anything without fish on it). Two girls behind the counter, whispering to each other, weren't very helpful and not generally friendly either. Mediocre at best. Won't recommend it. read more

I ordered two shirts for $85 and received one after three weeks and did not fit the description. The other shirt delivered after five weeks. My money was taken out of my account immediately and before I received either shirt I requested to cancel my order, although the website stated they would be shipped within 5-7 days. Mint Boutique denied my request to cancel. When I commented on their website I had not received my items, they deleted my comments and blocked me from any comments or instant messages. Mint Boutique finally responded via email I could send my items back to China with these instructions: 1.Please provide us with the return tracking number and name of the shipping company or a photo of the postal receipt after you have shipped the items back to us. 2.We do not accept returns via FedEx or DHL. Please use an alternative shipping method. 3.If required, please declare a lower value to avoid high taxes and customs detention of the products. How in the world am I to mail these if not for FedEx or DHL? They did offer 30% off my next order, which I will not be using-I will never order from Mint Boutique again. read more

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wouldn't buy another thing from MINT. Tried to return a dress i bought online. I actually went to the store to return it because it didn't fit. Was told it was a sale item. I did not purchase it was a sale item. I did not purchase it on sale. Anway I offered to buy something in the store at the "sale" price and she said no. I am not unhappy with the tops that I ordered, though they did look better online than in person. Nonetheless, I like them fine. The jeans, however, are easily three sizes too small. I ordered a large, which should be 12 to 14 and they are probably a size 4 or six. Customer service is an absolute nightmare. I will not buy another thing from mint. I should be able to return these jeans because they were expensive and definite false advertising yet customer service is non responsive. Shame on them! Buyer beware. read more

Why didn't they let me know that? instead, I had to reach out to them. They agreed to send me 2 other tops within 5 days. Love this place. They always have gorgeous pieces for any occasion. The employees are very helpful and make the shopping experience personal and pleasurable. I'd like to give particular praise to the 2 young ladies who kept the shop open for me past closing (on Friday 7/15/22) so that I could find a few things before my trip. They never peeped a word that the store closed 10-mins after I checked out but when they unlocked the door to let me out, I felt deep appreciation. It was a level of service that makes you want to continually come back. The buyer for this shop has a great knowledge of what the clients want as well as their sizes. I am always so grateful when I pick out an item here and my size is still available. The shop is immaculate but welcoming. Can't really explain it other than, You feel like you can touch or try anything on without disturbing the prettiness of the well-manicured layout. I wish them continued success. We need shops like this in the community and I will continue to support them. read more

It was fuzzy and brown and I teased the amazing staff at the Mattituck store how I can use it as a emotional support bag!! It's my go to store to buy that very special gift! We had a wait at Love Lane Kitchen for Sunday brunch and we killed some time shopping at Mint. I love, love, loved their clothing section, but kept coming back to the jewelry display case. They have a few unique pieces and support local jewelry designers in the area. I bought a horse bit necklace, a simple knuckle ring and had a wonderful chat with the sales associate. Beware! Everything you get at Mint can be found at bigger department stores with flexible exchange/return policies. One day past the rigid 7-day exchange date I tried to swap, NOT return, an item, and was refused. The item was still on the floor at full price. Caveat emptor! Went in here with my buddy and was excited to try things on because the clothes here are very 'my style' and was really hoping to find something cool to purchase to add to my fall line up. We both took some things into the dressing room but were completely disgusted at the attitude of the owner/sales lady or whatever she was...despite the fact that we were the only people in there, she never asked us if we needed help finding sizes, suggested other items, etc. Instead she busied herself folding the clothes she seemed disgusted that we had left out of place, with a scowl on her face. Nice sales skills. I saw a jacket I would have bought but didn't want to buy it there...my friend bought a dress she loved, no thanks to the snotty saleswoman. Too bad, never going back! read more

This boutique seemed nice from the outside, I had friends from out of town come to my house and we grabbed some food at love lane kitchen. We decided to go in and look around. It had been years since I'd been in there, and honestly it was laughable. They're prices are insanely marked up, my best friend commented because she works in the corporate office of one of the brands they carry..she was shocked. I think they are taking advantage of the locals who want a nice pair of jeans etc but won't take the drive to a mall, so it's easier to just pay their prices. Aside from the prices, the customer service was odd. There was a girl who greeted us but then basically stared us down the entire time, not friendly or engaging. I wouldn't waste my money here and hopefully this deters others from doing so. I hate to see anyone getting ripped off. You can find these pieces at Bloomingdale's or anywhere online which has a much better return policy and about 20-40 $ cheaper. read more

Recently celebrated special occasion at Love Lane and must tell you that I was more than impressed with the evening. Went for dinner with the family and to say the least it was a wonderful experience. The food was outstanding and the service above and beyond. You are greeted by the owner as you arrive and then followed with question of satisfaction throughout you evening. Not only were the dinner selections imaginative and delicious but I have to encourage you to try the desserts. Overall a great value for the service and food selections offered. read more

don't understand the positive reviews ......first off it is ridiculously priced and quality is medicore .....4 years ago my mother bought my sister a 275.00 light blue cashmere cardigan .....there was a hole in the sleeve a week later. The jewelry is not cheap and is very cheap quality - plus the owner of the store, some guy, is the most arrogant person i have ever met........alot of department store brands so for example a 525 sweater was 20 dollars cheaper at bloomingdales and it was not on sale. also not for any large people ........i wear a large, not an extra large and they are so tight i often cannot buy anything there.......and i am a size 10. read more
