Jeff, the store manager at this Tanger Outlets, was very helpful when I originally emailed about the availability of the shoe I was looking for. Despite the companies own admission that the quality of the shoe is not up to their standards, you can't beat this quality American made shoe. Just before the holiday, the shoe I asked about dropped to $229 and I couldn't wait. I got a great deal, and Jeff made everything easy. I will definitely be buying another pair in the future and if this store has what I'm looking for, I won't hesitate to buy the shoes. Thanks again!

As she was trying on, the owner of the store steps out from the back and in a nasty tone was like I thought we decided on the other pair. I also noticed her whispering to the sales girl in reference to my daughter. I could tell she was annoyed with us. I didn't understand the attitude. We we're keeping the shoes. It was just an exchange for another pair. As a customer, we have the right to be satisfied and ultimately we have the final decision in our purchase. My daughter was anxious prior to going to the store because she was afraid this was reaction she was going to get and this woman's didn't help in the least. I was highly disappointed in the treatment we received today. It was completely unnecessary. I will not be shopping there in the future. You have lost a customer.
