For the three day weekend, I stopped in because I saw a sign with a big sales. We were greeted by the nicest salesperson! She explained what was on sale as well as buy one and get one 50% off. I spied with my little eye a beautiful summer dress for my wife. We're going on a cruise soon and thought the dress would look dynamite on her while strolling the deck mid ship. She tries it on and it fit like a glove. Then, I found a pair of white shorts for myself! My wife said, try them on because we don't know the brand. Ah, phoohey! They'll fit! (Fellas, always listen to your wife) They're a little tight but that 's ok because I'm in beast mode. I've cut off all alcohol and going to the gym before we hit the beach. My white shorts are gonna look fab while I'm strolling alongside my wife on the deck which the clothing brand is clearly made for, on the deck! 4 stars for the customer service and for the quality level of clothing. Fan!

I really like the Vineyard Vines Outlet. It's different than most of the other clothing outlets in…read morethat the clothes they stock are the exact same items you would purchase in their full price retail stores. Vineyard Vines outlet merchandise is overstock, not Factory Brand like other stores, so you know you are getting first quality. I usually purchase Vineyard Vines through Bloomingdales, which rarely puts the brand on sale. The outlet store offers outlet prices (roughly 30% less than regular retail) and then they still offer additional discounts. Today everything was 25% off for a total savings of about 50% off over their full price retail store. Being that the merchandise is EXACTLY THE SAME, I'll certainly hit up this store first when we need new clothes. The sales staff is really friendly and helpful. There was a pair of pants we were interested in but we couldn't find the size we needed. They located it in the back, with a smile:) I was also looking for a certain hat that was discontinued. They didn't have it but they put my name on a list incase it turns up and they told me I can call any time if I'm looking for something specific and they will let me know if they have it so I don't need to make unnecessary trips. This is the way customer service is supposed to be! Honestly, the prices are great but the fantastic employees are the reason I'll return, soon! I've been to this store on several occasions and the customer service has been equally impressive. This store is a hidden gem, easily overlooked, right next to Restoration Hardware. Check it out!

I've said this for years to my kids, Vans is a brand I wore in the 80s!…read more Vans is always an interesting brand, you can buy them in Zumiez. To have a outlet store in the Tanger Outlets makes my heart go aflutter. Yes Vans are primarily footwear but they're also know for complete ensembles like board shorts, flannel shirts and wool hats. Walking into the store today, brought me right back to the 80s. Both my sons are into sneakers and Spicoli still makes me laugh to this day, Vans baby! Just something to point out, its sad to see these youthful brands don't to cater to kids of all sizes. I noticed the pants sizes stop at 38 waist. I like the quality of the flannel shirts, I picked up one today. Lots of current shoe styles on display. If you're into the brand, you're going to love this store

I love these outlets and come here…read morevery frequently and this was the first time I ever had a bad experience in one of the stores. The selection was good, but this was hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a store. Not one person greeted us or helped while shopping. When me and my friend needed to try something on, we were completely ignored. We stood there for about 10 minutes and asked about 3 times for a dressing room before someone finally decided to not ignore us and then a man came out rolled his eyes and quickly opened ONE dressing room (we both needed one) then walked away. We then waited on line for close to 20 minutes when there was only like 2 people in front of us, and when we got to the front, it was a complete mess. There was about 4 open containers of food on the registers and on the counters right where we had to put our stuff down with forks in them, and clothes and tags everywhere. The woman took a long time to ring up the 2 things my friend got and had to keep asking other people (who also didn't know what they were doing) for help. She then didn't have the proper change to give back but we didn't even want to wait so we left. I usually love this store so I was very disappointed

Love! How could you…read morenot love this clothing brand?! Add to the fact that they're selling items at a discount makes my little heart go pitter patter. My teenager, I don't know what the hell it is with these kids but they refuse to wear clothing with labels. After me nagging the hell out of him to wear a warm coat, he broke down and said, I'll try on the Hoodie from Columbia.. Sure enough, he loves it! And it keeps him warm. Check mark in the Dad rules Column. The website is kinda plain jane. The Columbia brand is sold at major retail stores like Kohl's and Dicks Sporting Goods. Did you know this is an American company started out west? The founder, Neal Boyle died so Gert (the lady in the ads) and son Tim Boyle, then a University of Oregon senior, took over the operations of Columbia, rescuing it from bankruptcy. Now its a BILLION dollar company. Isn't that a nice success story? Anyhoo, off topic. If you need outdoor clothing like ski pants, jackets, shoes and as for me? I purchase clothing that is Wicking, it repels water (Good for when I go Kayaking) they have lots of Wicking shirts and jackets at this location. If you're shopping for your teenagers and need back to school winter jackets, consider Columbia Sportswear Outlet. They have great prices on warm coats and they're Gert approved!
