I hung up and called back to be told that her manager had told her to do something different. Mind you she never came to the line to update me , refresh with me or to tell me what was going on. during the whole hour and seventeen minutes no one even cared for who was waiting on their phone line. Whoever was on the closing shift on Nov 27th 2023 deserves to at the very least be retrain on how to treat people in general. Why have people like this to represent your Brand?? I will never go or call this location at all.

This last experience was so disappointing. They've moved the department from the free standing store to a separate location on the other side of the outlet. Walking in, it seemed bright and open... a good sign as I hate tight spaces. My smile ended there. Hey, I don't expect $5 tees like Nike has... but really? $75 and over $100? And honestly, the selection seemed smaller than when it was just a section at the old store. If I'm spending that kind of cash, I'll just but what I want at DXL or Macy's.

If it wasn't for him, I would avoid this location because of the rude lady. No one needs that stress!

I have shopped at Eddie Bauer, Banana Republic, and Ann Taylor just to use as an example that if you are out of the size you wanted to purchase it would be sent to your home without paying for shipping. Not the case here, and yes I failed to catch that, but Ron M from customer service made it clear to state it is only free if you spend at least $150. Never again. There are better choices.

The level of quality clothing being sold at Talbots is what keeps bringing my wife back. Not only do they sell office attire, they sell weekend and casual wear at this location. *My wife is saying the store is smaller than average Talbots as well as the petite section. Bring in more petites! My wife was able to find great jeans on this Presidents Day holiday at an unbelievable discount. If you love the brand, you'll be in your glory at this Talbots located in Riverhead.

Many good deals and steals that you cannot find anywhere else. Also if you're a Triple A member then you can go into Customer Services to get a free coupon book on the house. Some of the stores don't accept the coupons though from the book if the whole store is going on a big sale. I also come here for Express factory and the store got so many clothes in a bright store that looks like a warehouse. It does not even look pretty at all. The store got so many bright lights. The food court is like nothing. I don't even remember it having food. I remember I was starving and the place got no variety of food. Everyone was jumping on the Salt Life bandwagon! Besides the catchy name, the clothing brand is something I wear. (Make sure there us a SLX UVAPOR tag) My new clothing has: UV 30 Sun Protection The fabric is Quick Dry, Moisture Wicking Anti Microbial (I'm not sure what it is but I'm glad its there) I'm going down south in a few weeks and I need some performance fabric, so today I purchased a new bathing suit with little fish, hulu dancers and waves as well as a soft, ultra light performance tee shirt. Salt life has nice beach and activeware clothing for both Males & Females. My wife also found a nice top and I was able to use a military discount for our purchases today.
