As we were looking at the jeans, Issac was saying that a manager was complaining about how the store was messy as he was folding clothes. The back shelves were disheveled but as a customer I didn't need to hear that. When I asked about certain jeans, Issac and the other sales girl gave misinformation about length. I actually found the lengths I needed on the shelf after searching and he just said "Oh.." After finding about 8 jeans we were ready to pay and let Issac know that we were ready to purchase. Issac said "okay" and headed to the register. As Issac gets to the register, he says "You know what? I'm going to close out the registers and she, meaning the other girl who just started ringing another customer, can help you after she's done." Really? So instead of ringing us up and getting us out of the store as you close, you're going to close out the registers which comes before the customer?? Ridiculous! Issac needs to be retrained on customer service, the sizing and lengths of the merchandise and not complaining about management in the store. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! We ended up ordering the sizes that Issac said didn't exist on line. NOT GOING BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN!!

The store is well organized, everything is on display and easy to find, plus there are ample mirrors around to see how all the bags look under your arm. Service was friendly enough, though I do wish there was a little something extra to the packaging of the purchase like tissue paper. Also, unlike the Michael Kors store, the bag you pick up from the floor models is the bag you go home with, so make sure you carefully examine the bag you're choosing before you check out!

I'm writing this review because I was very disappointed by my experience at the Coach store at the…read moreRiverhead Outlets. I went into the store intending to shop for accessories and heels, but unfortunately left without purchasing anything because of the way I felt I was treated by several employees. When I entered the store, the employee who appeared to be responsible for greeting customers did not acknowledge me or offer any assistance. Instead, I immediately noticed that she was watching me closely. As I continued browsing, I felt that I was being followed and monitored throughout the store. At one point, two other employees came near me while I was shopping and appeared to be talking and whispering to each other. I also noticed that other customers were shopping without receiving the same level of attention that I was receiving. This made me increasingly uncomfortable and gave me the impression that I was being singled out. When I went to look at a pair of heels, an employee approached from behind me. After I touched the shoes I was interested in, her demeanor made me feel unwelcome. I ultimately put the shoes back because I no longer felt comfortable making a purchase. As I left the store, I felt that the employees were continuing to watch me. I am American Latina, and while I cannot know what the employees intended, the difference in how I felt I was treated compared with other customers made me feel that I was being treated differently because of my Hispanic/Latina background. I have never experienced this type of treatment at the Riverhead Outlets before, which is why this experience was especially upsetting.

Here is where Timberland and the Tanger Outlet store WINNNNNNSSSS!!! I bought what turned out to be 2 pairs of boots and shoes.
