But, this particular store was not the expected Tory Burch store or service. There was only one assistant to help everyone that was shopping. I knew exactly what I wanted and asked for their staple Miller Sandal. She has a new design and the assistant had no idea which kind I was referring to. She even said "I like it when the customer knows more than me". No, I am sorry, I think you should know more than the customer. And as I wanted to shop for another specific swimwear & showed & mentioned the design of it, she had no idea what I was referencing to. I just do not understand why such an upscale designer in a very upscale town would not be able to assist the customer. As per my pictures, it also didn't have a great deal of merchandise to choose from. Sadly disappointed.
