I asked to speak to a live agent. I was told to wait. Nothing. No one responded to me. So I'm off to the store on my own. These shoes better be worth the aggravation. The woman "assisting" was extremely rude and told me I could not return with the proof of purchase I had as neither stated how they were purchased. I called online customer service after leaving and the lady was very helpful. She asked me to return to the store and out the associate on the phone and she could provide all the detail needed to do both returned. The associate refused to take my phone and speak to the customer service rep because they are "a store, not online" Low and behold the associate was able to do one of the returns and provide me the info that was needed for the second return. Magical. With a little bit of effort you can actually do what the customer asked. I can guarantee this single associate had made the Lake Grove store lose any of my figure business.

I visited the shoe department and while it was okay nothing compares to Herald square's. I also noticed a Toys 'R' Us inside this Macy's location on level 3. When did Toys 'R' Us become part of Macy's? Very cook to see this toy store back on the map. On the way out of the store, the buzzer went off (how annoying lol) but a salesman in the men's department was quick to offer assistance to get it cleared. I love this location! You walk in and what you need you will find in some area of the store. I was here over the weekend and popped in after getting my nails done next-door. I went in with one goal, and one goal only . Get an ugly sweater for our upcoming party. Not only did they have a plethora of sweaters, they came to play with a whole bunch of assorted holiday apparel. And was it expensive? No, not at all. There was a sale on the holiday apparel, as well as an extra 25% off if your rewards member. Pro tip: you do not have to be a credit card holder to be a rewards member. Now all you have to do is put your phone number in after you quickly register for free and you get the perks. Gone on the days when we used to have a store credit card for these things. Also, I felt like such an old lady at the checkout. Now, this location has self service checkout kiosks. And even though I thought I was smart enough to use one I kept on beeping because the security tag was still on my ugly sweater. Staff came over to help and they did not make me feel dumb about it at all. They also explained to me how to properly use the kiosk as I was completely doing it wrong.
