I sent an e-mail to Norco Trailers requesting information on an enclosed trailer for around $2k. After being brushed off in the initial e-mail ("Go search our website"), I let them know I didn't see quite what I was looking for at the right price but wanted to see if they had something available I didn't see. Their response was to tell me to look on craigslist if I'm cheap. Great talking with you, Norco Trailers! read more

We have a small music production and promotion company that had grown into really needing an enclosed trailer for our gear. After looking at several different facilities I went in and spoke with the owner Tony. What a great guy and an awesome man if God. He helped us into a year old trailer that suits us perfectly in all areas. I highly recommend Norco Trailers ... read more

Norco Trailers - Trailer Dealers Near Me - Norco, California

Worst experience! Tried selling us a damaged trailer at full price and pull a quick one on us. Hid it in the far back lot then after the paper work was done tried to attach it and let us drive off before we noticed the crushed fender and rust. The owner was a huge jerk and said it's our fault for not noticing the damage and since we just finished signing the paperwork was going to refuse to take it back. He said it'll eventually get damaged so whats the big deal. My husband and I refused to drive it off the lot so left it right there and bought a trailer in Temecula for $50 cheaper and in perfect condition. read more

I went with this place because of the high reviews, and it didn't disappoint. They went out of their way to help me, totally random off the street request. Thanks guys! read more

After visiting a few trailer places and visiting Norco trailers I could definitely see the difference in the quality of the trailers they stock. I arrived a little late on a Saturday and they still got me hooked up and ready to go on a brand new trailer. Great prices, great service and well worth the drive to Escondido like I did. I would say it's your number one trailer outlet. I towed the dump trailer home and it tows amazing. Innovative Trailers make a well built trailer with excellent features. These guys treat you like family, without having to sit through boring stories at dinner time; BONUS! read more

Great place to get a trailer. Was in and out pretty quick. Britney was awesome and very helpful A1 on the customer service. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a trailer. read more

We accidentally happened upon this place on our way to a different trailer company we had found online. The owner showed us around, taught us sone things we did not know, and we went to take a look at what we planned on seeing. After a less than stellar customer service experience at the other company we made the decision for our business that we will be coming back here to get our trailer. If your customer service is this on point and you knew we may not come back for a trailer, it says a TON about your character. read more

I was referred by a relative to check out Norco Trailers. We approached by a sweet lady by the name of Brittany. She was very polite, knowledgeable and personable. I feel bad writing this review weeks after my purchase. I want to say that I shopped for 5x8 trailer and i appreciate going over specifics before I arrived on the day before. Brittany was great when I arrived to make my purchase decision. From the time I arrived and departed was less than one hour. Thank you for the pleasant experience. Highly recommend Norco Trailers. read more

We had been shopping ALL day for a landscape trailer with no luck. All of the trailers we had found previously were expensive and just weren't what we were looking for. Brittany Miller helped us and was so personable and professional. She was able to figure out exactly what we wanted and worked with us to give us the best deal possible ! We got to leave with a brand new trailer that same day for a great price ! Thank you Brittany ! read more

I have filed a complaint with The Better Business Bureau against Norco Trailers, aka Norco Foreign and Domestic. The statements made by Antonio in his response to my review are falacious and quite unprofessional. I took the trailer to a reputable mechanic and Tony was aware of this and made no objection or offer to reconcile the problem himself. Further, hate comments by Tony related to disability in his review are noted and a second complaint was made to the BBB. read more

Thank you Brittany! Your amazing customer service and the way you and your Dad went out of your way to get our trailer ready so quickly is much appreciated read more

From the moment I walked onto the lot, Tony took the time to explain all of the features of the trailers to me. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the best trailer to tow two motorcycles. When I was ready to leave his staff quickly hooked up my trailer and made sure that all the safety equipment was functioning properly before I left. Highly recommend using this business for your trailer purchase. read more

After multiple calls trying to find a specific size trailer, and reading no-so-good reviews of other trailer suppliers, I made the drive out to Norco. I was greeted promptly, Tony talked me through getting the best trailer for my application, they changed out the ball on my truck, safety checked everything and I was done and back on the road with my new trailer in about 30 minutes. It couldn't have been better! read more

We we're in the market for an enclosed trailer and stepped into Norco Trailers. Service is great prices are good as well. We purchased our trailer from Alea, she was great and educational without being pushy. She gave us different options and helped us choose the one that was a perfect fit. We have used our trailer multiple times already and we can say we are pleased with the purchase process as well as the quality of the trailer. Definitely recommend this location to anyone in the market for trailers. read more

Quick note about Norco trailers. Tony and his daughter Brittany are just excellent. I bought 2 flat bed trailers from them in October of 2017 and I wanted them that day. Instant gratification person that I am. long story short I got a great deal and they had both trailers done by 5:30 that day at my request. No other trailer company in the area would do this for me. anyways 6 months later I had a electrical issue, "probably my fault" and I am leaving for vacation today. They got under my trailer and fixed the issue so I could leave. At no charge...imagine that. No charge. I don't mind paying. Thank you guys again for the help. NOTE: It's what you do after the sale that speaks volumes to customers that need help. This is the meaning of true customer service. I pray that GOD blesses this place always. Arnold read more

Horrible service and the owner will try to rip you off. Make sure you read the contract before you sign any document.

This family owned company took the time to help me find the trailer my husband was looking for , without him being able to personally pick it out ! I wanted to surprise him & I sure did ! They did an amazing job at helping me load the trailer onto the hitch , make sure all lights were working & the best part they helped me stay in my budget (kinda) ! Highly recommend this company & the trailers come with a year warranty !!! read more

After looking closer, it appears they were selling our university design team students a $14000 trailer that wasn't worth close to that. As their advisor, I made an appointment to meet the owner and sign the paperwork, at which time he told me "oops, I must have sold it", that's it, he couldn't even find the paperwork he sent me with all the prices. I looked at some others on the lot. The Haulmark and Look trailers are junk. We had a strict timeline and a cross country trip coming up in less than 30 days and this little mistake was very costly Sorry we wasted our time here. read more

Just wanted to say thanks to Tony and the rest of the crew at Norco trailers. I had shopped around online and was familiar with pricing before I stopped here. I was on a tight schedule on a Saturday after work to purchase a trailer before the end of the weekend. I stopped by here at 5:30, they close at 6:00. Tony gave me plenty of options to choose from and cut me a great deal. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with my brand new trailer in tow. read more

Searched the internet for a few days, trying to find just what I was looking for. Many places have trailers, very few have these guys' level of customer service, and none of the competition has Brittany. I took a couple of days exploring my options for financing, and she went above and beyond fielding my calls and answering my many questions. When I came to pick it up, she went over everything quickly and competently. I got a great trailer at a great price and had a spectacular experience. read more

Responding to Antonio B of Norco Trailers. I absolutely know that the trailer I did purchase from Yucaipa Trailers, thank Goodness, this was exactly the same trailer you were going to sell me for over $1000 dollars more. And your "employee" did in fact tell me that you do charge a fee for cash purchases. If you are dealing with a bank that charges you to count cash and you pass that along to your customers, this makes no sense. Maybe find a new bank. You may sell a lot of trailers but trust me it pays to shop around! So glad I did NOT purchase from Norco Trailers! Can't wait to tell all my friends in my very large union organization not to buy at Norco Trailers. Your response to my opinion speaks volumes. read more

Overpriced and poor service - I purchased a Featherlite trailer. The issue I have was being charged an additional $1,500 for a low-end winch, battery and toolbox when the parts themselves were no more than $500. Also, an extremely poor and unsafe job was done installing the winch and toolbox. The bolts were drilled and installed crooked and not torqued down correctly. When I raised this with Tony, the owner, he was extremely rude and defensive. He also refused to mail my winch remote, insisting instead that I drive a 3-4 hour round trip to pick it up. Anyone thinking about doing business here may want to check the other negative reviews under "Norco Foreign and Domestic" (same company). read more
