Worst experience! Tried selling us a damaged trailer at full price and pull a quick one on us. Hid it in the far back lot then after the paper work was done tried to attach it and let us drive off before we noticed the crushed fender and rust. The owner was a huge jerk and said it's our fault for not noticing the damage and since we just finished signing the paperwork was going to refuse to take it back. He said it'll eventually get damaged so whats the big deal. My husband and I refused to drive it off the lot so left it right there and bought a trailer in Temecula for $50 cheaper and in perfect condition. read more

Quick note about Norco trailers. Tony and his daughter Brittany are just excellent. I bought 2 flat bed trailers from them in October of 2017 and I wanted them that day. Instant gratification person that I am. long story short I got a great deal and they had both trailers done by 5:30 that day at my request. No other trailer company in the area would do this for me. anyways 6 months later I had a electrical issue, "probably my fault" and I am leaving for vacation today. They got under my trailer and fixed the issue so I could leave. At no charge...imagine that. No charge. I don't mind paying. Thank you guys again for the help. After looking closer, it appears they were selling our university design team students a $14000 trailer that wasn't worth close to that. As their advisor, I made an appointment to meet the owner and sign the paperwork, at which time he told me "oops, I must have sold it", that's it, he couldn't even find the paperwork he sent me with all the prices. I looked at some others on the lot. The Haulmark and Look trailers are junk. We had a strict timeline and a cross country trip coming up in less than 30 days and this little mistake was very costly Sorry we wasted our time here. read more

I absolutely know that the trailer I did purchase from Yucaipa Trailers, thank Goodness, this was exactly the same trailer you were going to sell me for over $1000 dollars more. And your "employee" did in fact tell me that you do charge a fee for cash purchases. If you are dealing with a bank that charges you to count cash and you pass that along to your customers, this makes no sense. Maybe find a new bank. You may sell a lot of trailers but trust me it pays to shop around! So glad I did NOT purchase from Norco Trailers!
