Company and owner are a joke. Owner reached out to the seller I bought a table from, stating he can have it moved for $300-695 plus mileage. I reach out, he asks me for pick up and delivery address, and hour later I get quoted a price, 2 hours after that he states he didn't realize it was 250 miles, and the quote doubled... he messages me the next day saying if I can do it the coming Monday, he could do it cheaper as he'd be in the area of pick up that day delivering another table. We agreed. Sunday night just before midnight, I get a text stating he can't do it on Monday as his worker had something come up and wasn't coming to work, then stated he couldn't do it for the price agreed on, because he wouldn't be in the area anymore, and sends me a new price that's 300 higher then any quote sent prior.... do your self a favor and avoid this guy. ​ read more

They assembled upside down the board where the tag is and I requested Jeff to fix, they said I still have to pay millage. And the felt is not perfectly done. We just moved to the area and bought a used pool table from a private owner. Jeff was great at communicating with me, so I could keep the seller of the pool table up to date on when he would arrive to their residence. It turns out, that Jeff had actually set up that pool table a few years back. The seller had stated to me previously that he was extremely happy with who set up his table, but he lost their contact information. Jeff, moved the pool table without any problems.Jeff was very informative and patient with all of our questions. We had 3 different choices on how to set up the pool table. Jeff helped us suggest the best way to set up the pool table at our residence. He stated that we should break a certain direction because 80% of our play would be at the end of the able where we had the most room. After playing on it for a week, he was absolutely right. He set up the table perfectly. He had levels out the entire time. I did not realize that so much work went into moving and setting up the table properly. We played a practice game, which I won. LOL. . Jeff screwed my table up Every pocket was messed up, what meaning of the Rails inside the pocket's not straight. The felt is loose so now I have to spend more money have somebody come do it the right way. The felt is loose around the rails, part of the rails aren't glued down so the rail doesn't react properly, and the base of the table wasn't tightened down so when you lean over the table it would move. I had to tighten every screw myself. I gave him notice that I wasn't satisfied and he never contacted me again. Do not use Jeff he's an amateur and doesn't stand behind his work. read more
