He took it to All Around Auto and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly. It was clear we'd have to rent him a car to drive home in and leave mine there as parts needed to be ordered and our vehicle was not first in line (they of course had other customers!). It took a week to get the parts and then a day to install the new fuel line. They were communicative and helpful thru the entire experience. It was an expensive fix, but it felt fair for all they had to do to fix the issue. Pro tip: pay in cash so you don't have to pay the credit card use fees.

I had booked an appointment for an oil change and thought it made sense to have it towed there. I was told that the battery needed replaced as well as the alternator. I was surprised that my bill was $2100.00 but not having experience in this kind of work paid it. In checking with several people in the business , all thought this was excessive. I had a problem a few days later with the oxygen sensor and took my car towed Bill and Jays in Petaluma . I was afraid of what my cost might be and since I am on a fixed income I had to shop around. Bill and Jays was very responsible and they were able to repair it the next day. I am sorry that I had to opt out of aaa repair but they aren't in my budget anymore.

Based on small-talk with the mechanics, some of them work at multiple locations and they seem more like contractors? To be honest, I've had two slightly poor experiences, once with an employee who blew me off and another time when the work wasn't quite done properly. I'd dock half a star for that. However, each time the manager or owner, who I believe is named Glenn, was able to set me right. (Older gentleman with a beard). I feel like the price I pay for services is fair, and each time I come here the work has been done quickly and efficiently. Overall 4.5/5

I got the quote which was actually reasonable, but when he asked what oil I wanted to use, apparently I said something wrong about the type. My bad, I'm not mechanically inclined and don't pay attention to that sh*t. After being laughed at and told I don't know what I'm talking about, I decided to go with someone else. Clearly that didn't sit well with his giant ego. He proceeded to call me 10 times on the company line before switching to a no caller ID number and calling me a further 50 something times over the next two hours. I told him I'm not changing my mind and to let it go. In response, on one of his phone calls he asked me "have you ever been stabbed in the neck" before hanging up. These phone calls continued until I had to get the police involved. Stay away from this place, they are not mentally well.

I…read moretasked him with a large amount of work on an extremely neglected, rust-riddled 1999 Chevy 3/4 ton truck that came into my posession. I like how he understands the "common failure points" of certain makes/models and helps prioritize work that should be done asap, work that can wait, etc. Josh and I both understood from the start the work wouldn't be cheap or easy. The estimate I recieved was detailed and transparent, and I liked that he offered a discount if we did all the work at once. Very fair - most shops don't do this, but as a person who has done many different repairs on all numbers of machines, I understand it's easier to make certain fixes if you already have it apart! I told him "do it all", and a week later, the truck was ready. It runs, drives, steers, and stops like a whole new truck now and I will definately be returning when I need more repairs or service done.
