The brakes and our Toyota were grinding, like crazy and making a horrible sound. Took it in Saturday morning and we got it fixed up and good to go by 11 AM. The service was amazing and the speed at which they got it out to us was very important. We have a disabled son that needs the car to go to his appointments. read more

I have been taking my Ford Escape, Volkswagen Tiguan, and Hyundai Tucson to ABC and Junior for three years now. Junior always takes his time to answer my questions and is honest about what wrong with the car and what maintenance I may need in the future. Junior and his shop have always provided me high quality maintenance at a honest price whether it be for a synthetic oil change, full brake job, A/C compressor, or serpentine belt. This review is long overdue. If you want quality work at a fair price take your car to ABC on Piner Road. read more

I was helped around mid year 2025 after another auto company had "worked" on my car and it was a total fail. Long story short ABC auto fixed me up while making sure I understood every step of what was being done. I will recommend anyone to come here! Also worth mentioning they have great honest prices. read more

In May over the weekend, my car started shaking while I was driving. As a first time driver, I was very nervous and all I could think about was getting this fixed ASAP. I looked up Auto shops near me and ABC came up highly rated. I took a chance, and my car was seen AND taken care of that same day. On a Saturday!! I honestly expected it might take all weekend, and I was prepared to wait, but the gentleman who helped me went above and beyond. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Thanks to their quick service and professionalism, I left with peace of mind and a car that runs smoothly again. I'll definitely be coming back to ABC for any future car needs. read more

Was having some issues with my car and took it in on a recommendation from a friend. Ran a diagnostic on it. One of the problems he said he doesn't do there but could fix the other issue for me. Had me go grab the part and switched it out no cost. My car was running fine after that. Told me to keep an eye out on the other problem and if I had any issues recommended where I could take it. I was SO stressed about my car being a single mom and that being my only transportation. Extremely satisfied and thankful I brought it here. Will definitely be going back there. read more

What an adventure.... My caretaker took my car in to ABC. While making the appointment, I told the gentleman that I thought the compressor on my air conditioner needed replacing. Well, it turned out that I needed a blower, and that made the mechanic cross and dismissive ( we're women?) For that reason I am giving 4 stars. The work he did was 5 stars, and the price was very reasonable. read more

Dealt with a turbo issue on my 2011 Hyundai Genesis after a first time vehicle purchase. Went in and talked to Rakan. He guided me through what my issue could be and the steps we coule take. After some trial and error and some replaced parts, we figured out the full issue and he succesfully helped me do a full replacement on my turbocharger. had my car back and kicking in less than 3 days ! Very responsive, very knowledgable as a hyundai owner himself, and fairly priced. Will be going here in the future for any maintenance :) was dreading my first real shop visit but they made it smooth as butter read more

Now I know why ABC has so many 5 star reviews! I traveled from SF to Geyserville last weekend. When I arrived, the coolant warning light on our Audi Q5 appeared. I called all over Healdsburg and Geyserville, but no auto repair was open on Saturday. I searched for Santa Rosa and luckily found ABC. I called Saturday morning and the owner said that he was booked for the day, but if I came by at 1pm he would look at it. When I arrived, he dropped everything and checked the car. After a couple of pressure tests on the coolant system, he determined the issue. He made the repair and we were out of there in less than 30 minutes. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Very clean shop and very trustworthy. I wish we had an ABC in San Francisco! read more

This review is long overdue. We were recommended to Jr. by our neighbors. We've taken our cars to him quite a few times now. He will take good care of your car and never tries to recommend stuff that's not needed. Very honest, capable and genuinely nice guy! Highly recommend. He has recently moved over to Piner Rd. and is no longer on Santa Rosa Ave. He hasn't updated his location but phone number is still the same. read more

I had the ABS and Brake warning light illuminated on my truck. Called in the afternoon on Wednesday and they told me to bring it in on Thursday morning! Fastest appointment I have ever gotten with an auto mechanic! Brought the truck in and they ran a scan on it, found the issue and said they could fix it but also told me how to go about doing it myself if I wanted to!! And to top it all off they told me no charge when I tried to pay! Very impressed with this place and will definitely use them and recommend them highly to anyone who needs work on their car or truck- exceptional shop!! HONESTY! it's so hard and stressful these days finding an honest and good mechanic these days! I've been meaning to send pizzas and sodas for lunch for these guys! but I should have been left this! Junior is the best mechanic I've encountered in my 50 years of car owning!! His diagnostics are superior, his prices are completely affordable and in line, his workmanship is 2nd to none! He is so amazingly accommodating and he does exactly what he says he will. It's so refreshing in an area that's not exactly known for its integrity, to have found someone who is completely trustworthy. Junior's knowledge of vehicles is immense. We have a Jeep and a mini copper and he knows how to deal with any and all issues with regards to their upkeep. I will always take my cars to ABC! read more

No idea about service. Got car checked out. Something something, was told the issue and how to get parts if I want and wasn't charged for checkup fee. No idea why; owner wasn't around but told mechanic to relay message, so I'm chill. Can't say one way or the other about the shop though wait time can be unruly, as mechanic shops generally are. read more

Junior fixed what another mechanic messed up. He was competent and explained things. Thank you for getting me back on the road.

This guys is the real deal!!!! On the way to the Redwoods and our towing vehicle had a bad alternator. The dude from O'Reilly's rec ABC across the street. He immediately got us in. We unhooked our travel trailer and went to lunch. Two hours and we were on the road again. As a side note, I called my Las Vegas mechanic and they said it should be about $550-600 out the door. Parts and repair here only set us back about $450. We are beyond grateful to find an honest and fair mechanic so far from home. Thanks again ABC!!!! read more

I bought a used car and took in for a possible tune up. Junior paused what he was doing and immediately opened the hood and took a look. After a few moments, he expressed that it didn't need a tune up. I've been there before and each time he is honest and kind. Super high integrity and I strongly recommend!!! read more

I had the key stuck in the ignition. AAA came out without a resolution. We called around no one could look at it until Monday (today is Friday). The quotes just to look at it $80.00-100 and then we would see. I called ABC to compare quotes and he had us in there in 2 hours. The fix was relatively simple and he had it taken care of by the time we got home so we turned around and went back. NOCHARGE! His kindness and generosity saved us a bill we were not prepared for. I feel so lucky to have found them and will definitely go there for any repairs. I am sure if we ended up somewhere else it would have cost us. A big THANK YOU to ABC Auto !! read more
