Ian was superb and able to replace our water pump without an issue! The very next day, we got locked in our RV due to a design issue with our TriMark 507 door latch. Norcal mobile RV knows the ins and outs of repairing an RV. I had some plumbing and slide-out problems. They were able to fix the problem. I have called, texted, and left multiple messages for him regarding an invoice for the work done. I have had no response. He told me he would send an invoice to me within 2 hours after completing the work. I never received it. I needed these invoices to send to the RV manufacturer to be reimbursed. This has been going on for over 2 months with no response. I would definitely change this to a 5 star once I get my invoice. I am not even sure he is still in business. Ian is absolutely amazing! Very easy to work with and most importantly extremely honest and fair. We have called him out twice now to do assorted work on the RV and I'm always impressed with the quality of his work. Not only does he help me with the routine maintenance I've had him do a few extra things to make the RV even better -. Do not trust this guy to work on your RV. He is very unprofessional. He hardly ever returns calls or texts. He does not finish his work on time. He overcharges and does terrible work. He was dishonest about the work he told me he was going to do. He was supposed to completely reseal my RV roof and only partially sealed it. That being said it leaked where he did do the work. He's refusing to repair the damages that he caused. I offered to meet halfway and pay for half or even negotiate further. He got mad and stormed off and refused to even talk about it. What can I say, this service was the greatest ever. Ian came to my home, listened to everything problem I had. Checked out my electrical issues. Double checked electrical (microwave, & water heater) took care of it right than and there. Took notes. Stated he would call back with estimate on all my repairs. I actually had five items that needed replaced repaired. Called back arranged repair date. And a few hours later everything was working just fine. Cost for repairs & labor. I called Ian based off a reference from a friend. We chatted a few times by phone and text. I needed my slideout seals replaced. He quoted me a price based on my acquiring the seals and he would put them in. Spent over $1000 on seals and gaskets on my credit card and within an hr of my set appointment he calls me saying he fell off a ladder on someone's rv the day before and his wife wanted him to get checked out. Said he'd blacked out for a few seconds. Well, by all means get checked. Week to 10 days after that I called to a. Check on him and b. See if we could reschedule. No answer, no call returned. About a week after that I seen his truck and trailer turn in front of me. Oh good, he must feel better. I called, I sent 2 texts, neither were returned. Now, I dont want him to work on my RV but I also have 1000 dollars of seals still in boxes that I'm paying interest onķ. Pretty frustrating to say the least. Ian was my savior a little over a week ago. I was at the Solano County Fairgrounds in Vallejo when I discovered an active leak under my sink. Water was literally coming up through the floor. I was also having intermittent trouble with my new water pump. Ian came out within a couple of hours, fixed the leak (the old water purifier was leaking) and replaced the piping around my water pump - now working like new! Ian was fast, clean, and ultra responsible. I almost don't want to post this review because then he'll be book solid from here on our, but he deserves the great review as his service could not be beat. I am incredibly disappointed with this service. The first time I called they answered the phone right away and said they would be able to be out on Thursday. Thursday came and went and on Friday I finally got a call back after numerous messages saying they could be out on Tuesday. On Tuesday he came out and took a look at everything. I said I needed the work to be done by Sunday would that be a problem? He assured me it would not. I left numerous messages but never heard back after that. I need a tail lights and brake lights replaced before a trip and it never happened. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences. Had he just said to begin with that he couldn't take care of it, I would have had time to look for someone else who could help me. Wow. What more can I say? Call Ian if you need help, with anything. He went above and beyond what we expected. Our heater was out, and being fairly new to RV living, we were recommended to Ian. I'm so glad we called him. He came out the same day, looked at everything and made us feel like we were living in a safe environment again. Our propane hoses had leaks in them.
