I had a great experience with a recent purchase of our new Aliner. From the beginning, we felt welcomed with zero pressure. Sheena was probably one of the most freindly sales people that I've ever dealt with. She ordered our trailer and have us an accurate delivery time. Devinatee took over and was extremely responsive and equally freindly. He kept me up to date on the shipping information and gave me undevuded attention when it was time to sign paperwork and teach me about the unit. They also were able to get my car wired up with a brake controller in just a couple of hours. I like how it's a family business and their courtesy felt genuine. read more

We went in to look at a trailer that we seen on their website that we were interested in, looked at a few others. told Sheena that needed to think about it. She called us a few days later, to check in and see if we had any questions or concerns about the trailer we looked at. We told her we were not quite ready since this was a big purchase . Sheena called us a week later and asked what did she have to do to earn our business, we told her what we really wanted and what our budget was. A week later she calls and said let's make this happen. Sheena and the lady in the office was very helpful and made sure we got the right trailer for us . She was not allot of pressure and just wanted to make sure we knew she was there if we needed anything answered. We bought the trailer and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a trailer . read more

From our first call to Sheena with our situation she was so incredibly helpful and then we found the Rv of our dreams on the Napa lot. She has so much knowledge of the trailers that she has on her lot, she knows how they're made what they are made of, etc. My husband and I are so happy with the way Sheena and Catherine handled everything that we needed with multiple phone calls and emails and always receiving quick responses. Thank you for EVERYTHING. This positive review could go on and on. If your looking for an RV please stop in at Rv Adventure in Napa and you will be pleasantly surprised, you might want to call first, because if she has another appointment that she is giving her undivided attention to, she will not be able to assist with all your questions. She is the only one on this lot, that is why it is so personable. read more

Just stopped in for a quick look and we didn't catch her name but I suspect it was Sheena, based on the other glowing reviews of her. She was perfectly pleasant and has a wealth of knowledge about the A-frame trailers! Highly recommend! read more

We cannot thank Sheena and the rest of the staff at Adventure RV enough! We bought our RV over the internet, due to living on the East coast, and it went very smoothly. We were a little nervous buying a vehicle without seeing it first, but we were confident after speaking with Sheena that this RV was the one for us! We absolutely love it! They were even kind enough to pick up my husband at hotel on day of purchase. During these tough times, I was amazed at how well everything turned out! Thank you again! Brian and Jen Laity read more

If you are looking for an ALiner pop up camper in the Bay Area, I got one name for you ... Sheena, give her a call and I Guarantee you won't be disappointed. We recently purchased an ALiner Scout Lite from Advanture RV, but before we decided to purchase the camper from Advanture RV we had visited another RV place that happened to have the ALiner in stock and called numerous RV dealerships in the Bay Area and in Northern & Southern California, at the end I decided to give Sheena a call since she was highly recommended by a few folks on a Facebook ALiner Group which I'm a member of, they all had good things to say about her and I have say after just one phone call I felt like this is the person I wanted to buy my camper from, Sheena is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the type of pop up camper we were looking for, overall my wife and I are both extremely happy with whole buying experience, if you are looking for a camper like ours or any other type of camper, give Sheena a call, she'll definitely help you out, thank you Sheena, Devin and team at Advanture RV, You Rock! read more

My wife and I jJust bought a travel trailer from them and the experience was awesome. From the first time I stopped by on the way home from work just to get an idea Sheena showed me a few different ones. When I brought my wife a couple of days later Dennis showed us and we narrowed down to two my wife liked we had to come back the next day to look at the two again. There was never any pressure and we decided there. Dennis and Sheena make you feel like real friends and not just a sale. I highly recommend them. read more

Sheena helped us through the process of finding the perfect used travel trailer in a market with very low inventory, but what really sets her apart is all the help she has provided us after the purchase as first time RV owners learning how to use the trailer, including answering her phone when I called her from the campsite at 5pm on a Friday! I couldn't recommend working with her highly enough, she has really gone above and beyond to make sure our experience was positive. read more

I would like to thank Sheena and Adventure RV for the professional service, honesty and caring during these most difficult Covid times. I would not hesitate to purchase an RV from them or use their services in the future ! read more

Adventure RV - RV Dealers Near Me - Napa, California

Not impressed, even though we bought our camper here a few years prior. We took it in to get the AC fixed while evacuated from a wildfire and spending our time in a hotel in Napa. In our rush to get to safety we left the camper keys inside the camper so while at Adventure RV they found them and hung them inside their office. After they charged us $75 to tell us the AC needed replacement we picked up the trailer but they didn't give us the keys they took out of the camper. Meanwhile, I thought the keys were lost, after 11 days of living in a hotel we finally returned home with the camper and had a chance to look for them. I called Adventure RV and talked to Sheena and the other girl explaining how we thought we lost them. At no point did either mention they found keys from an A-Liner that was brought in. They even took down my name which is the same as the last name they wrote on our key chain that was inside their office. After Sheena told me how to reorder keys, I did from a local locksmith who charged me $70, which i thought was great and I didn't have to wait a couple weeks from online. However, they finally really called my husband to tell him they had the keys, which I had just replaced! We live an hour from Napa, so this wasn't like i could just run down and pick them up. I picked them up and they didn't offer to pay the $70 for the keys I had made after they removed ours from inside the camper. It should also be said that after we had picked up the camper when in for the AC assessment, the window was broken and there was new mark on the outside that we had to fix. Might buy campers here but don't take them in for service as their customer service lacks severely!! read more

Refuse to even discuss minor warranty repairs because I did not purchase RV from them. They didn't have the RV that I wanted - my fault?

I just bought my first RV at Adventure RV. This family business takes their sales and service seriously. The used RV was in good shape for a reasonable price. They do not offer a warranty on their RVs, but they will work with you to ensure that you are comfortable that the vehicle you drive off of the lot is in excellent working order. After inspecting the RV engine and living space, there were some items that we requested to be taken care of prior to closing the deal, and they took care of each and every one to our satisfaction. For anyone in the market to purchase a used RV, I highly recommend Adventure RV. read more

We have been exceptionally happy with this family run business. After visiting several dealerships in Santa Rosa, Sacramento, and Cordelia we found the trailer that fit our lifestyle and budget. Our Sportsmaster has given us many great trips and we couldn't be happier. You won't find any high pressure sales tactics at Adventure RV. The real test is after you come back for a repair,. My husband damaged the awning. The repair was quick and very reasonable. They took the time to teach us again the correct way to bring the awning out and retract it. They even wrote it down for us step by step. I would highly recommend AVENTURE RV. They are a great family business to work with. We live in Napa and are happy to support local business. Thank you! read more

WHAT A PLACE! No, I am not a relative, just a VERY happy camper (literally) after purchasing my Aliner from this wonderful family. No, I take that back, I was happy about the place BEFORE I purchased my Aliner as they were helpful while I was shopping around. Since purchasing, the entire family has answered every question, fixed every little issue immediately, and even offered to work on my friends rv's that were of a different brand than they carry. Napa may not be in your back yard, but if you are looking for a quality product, Adventure RV is worth the drive! Not to mention, I will put an Aliner up against any of the competition and they are better hands down! read more

I recently purchased a aliner trailer from adventure rv And had a great experience with their low pressure Sales technique , great prices and friendly staff Dennis was very knowledgeable about his product And his daughter was very helpful with hooking up the trailer lights. We came to this dealer knowing what we wanted and they had it. After walking around for what seemed like forever (after a 2 hour drive) we finally were able to speak to a sales person. We went with CUDL loan and were ready to buy but wanted a better price. They indicated that they may be able to get us a better loan. So we waited around some more and then sat down to do paperwork only to be told they would call us in a couple days! We left very disappointed. A couple days passed and I had to call them only to have them give me a ridiculous payment. This is definitely a mom and pop business. Office was cluttered and the bathroom was an outhouse. We eventually purchased our trailer in Sacramento. read more

We are first time trailer owners, and we had visited many other dealers. One thing we found with research, is be sure to buy your rv or trailer from a place you want to work with over the long haul - especially if this is your first one. We got a nice trailer for a very reasonable price. They spent lots of time on the phone, through email to make sure we got the loan we wanted as well. On the day we picked up the trailer, Sheena walked us through how to use our trailer and simple trouble shooting hacks that have already been helpful. If we have any questions about how something works we send an email and Sheena gets back to us that day! This is just as important to us as a good deal, because if you've never done this before, you'll have A TON of questions! We are so happy with our purchase we are planning vacations for years to come! Happy camping! read more

My trailer has been back many times for water leaks and other warranty repairs. Repairs that were done were not acceptable and had to be redone. Dennis, the owner, doesn't have a clue and his repair crew is worthless. They even tried to repair a hole in the roof, that they couldn't find even though the trailer was in for water leaks, by putting sealant directly over the roof without properly prepping the area. The material requires the area to be cleaned prior to application. It wasnt. They put it over dirt. The manufacture of the trailer is Forest River and they rate the same. They took my trailer for a recall, made promises that they didn't keep and the trailer looks worse now than before they took it. The trailer still has not been fixed properly. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER.Now I have to take them to court. You may even see me in front of their location with a WARNING sign. Buyer BEWARE. Try and deny the information in this post is not truthful Dennis read more

I purchased a used Coleman Niagara tent trailer from these folks around five years ago. The purchasing process was very smooth and friendly. Unfortunately over the last couple of years the water heater, refrigerator and furnace all went bad. I had them repair all three and it's like having a brand new tent trailer again. Shaina and Dennis are fabulous to work with and I couldn't recommend buying and having your RV/tent trailer serviced here more highly! read more

We recently decided to purchase a camper after looking for over 1 year . We read previous reviews about Adventure RV and went to Napa to look at one that we liked online. Dustin and Dennis were low pressure, spent a lot of time answering all of our questions, and were very professional. The purchase process was very smooth. We have called a couple of times with questions while we were out camping and they were able to help us by phone immediatley. We recently had to have a repair done and dropped it off and had it back 2 days later! Everyone in the office is friendly and ready to help! Thank you to all of the staff at Adventure RV. We are also very happy campers and love everything about our new camper. read more

Sheena was down to earth and knows her RV's . We are "newbies" to trailer vernacular and Sheena helped us out . I would recommend this business. read more

My husband and I are looking for our first RV. We went here today to take a look. Even though we admitted we are not ready to buy something yet, their sales agent Dustin was still very helpful in answering our questions, and patient in explaining things to us about RVs that we do not know. We were able to learn a lot from this trip. When we are ready to buy, this will definitely be a place we come back to. read more

Great business run by a nice family, very helpful on the phone about how my Aliner Classic works even a year after I bought it.

We've owned several trailers, and have previously had good and bad experiences with dealers. We currently still have a 26' Outback that we love, but we wanted something smaller to tow behind a 4Runner and take on short trips and use for semi-gentle over-landing, so Aliners have been in our sights. Adventure RV is 2 hours away from us, but they had a new 2015 model advertised at a good price so we took the drive to check it out. Sheena was very helpful and knowledgeable, and took the time to show us all the models they had on the lot. In the end, we passed on the 2015, but bought a 2017 from them (the 2015 was as advertised, but the 2017 was a different floor plan which better fits our needs). We got a good deal, and working with Dennis and Sheena was a piece of cake (it's a small, family business), so the next weekend we drove back up and picked it up. We're truly happy campers with Adventure RV Aliner trailer. read more
