I have NEVER had such a horrible experience in my life! Do yourself a favor and stay far, FAR away from Rob Groves--he is a complete SCAMMER. We trusted him with our RV's generator, and what did he do? He strung us along for TWO MONTHS, never fixed a single thing, and then had the audacity to just dump our RV out on the STREET like it was garbage! Who does that?! This man has no integrity, no professionalism, and no respect for people's property. Mobile RV Pros should be ashamed to have someone like him connected to their name. They don't care about their customers--they only take your money and give you lies and excuses. I will NEVER, ever use Mobile RV Pros again. Great guys who do excellent work. Jonathan does what he says. They repaired my fire damaged roof. Wonderful company.

We had our RV in storage for a couple of years and took it out for an extended work trip out west. We found multiple things that required fixing. Jonathon recommended some needed maintenance and trouble shot our issues. We ended up replacing our cooktop, a fan cover and multiple lights. He fixed our dryer and replaced the switch that changes post power to generator power. Because Jonathon had to order parts it took a couple of visits to complete the repairs but he still got us fixed up in no time without leaving our campground and he was more reasonable than a RV chain store. read more
