I can't say enough right now about Dave…read more Woke up this morning to get the trailer ready for Memorial Day weekend. One of my slide cables broke off the slide. Texted Dave, sent pictures, got a call 15 minutes later saying he could be at my house at 4pm. Showed up, looked at it, said I can absolutely fix that and make it better than it was from the factory. Fixed it and we tested it out and the slide opens better than it did at the dealership. Crisis averted, no long wait at the dealership, still going camping tomorrow for the weekend!

Chris the owner is very knowledgeable and they have a great easy in and out facility. Chris worked with our schedule because we were going on a trip and needed the RV. This all started when we noticed a leak in our Outdoors RV. When we climbed up and found the crack in the roof, it looked like it had been previously patched. We had bought it new and never patched it. We had a roof warranty and extended coverage that was worthless for the repair. The roof warranty would send a new skin, and pay for only a small portion of the overall costs. The RV dealership was going to charge us about $15,000 for the repair and only about $3,000 was covered. The hours were overly inflated at the RV dealership. That is how we found NorCal RV Roof. Chris was up front and honest. He sold us on the FlexArmor roof. Why would we install the same roof material that was breaking down after 5 years. We were able to not only have a FlexArmor roof with lifetime transferrable warranty, we added a skylight and new solar panel for less that what the dealership was going to charge us. Our RV roof looks better than ever. I know now that if we ever buy a new RV we will look for FlexArmor.

I had Along For The Ride RV Repair out to inspect my RV, and I can't recommend them highly enough…read more They showed up on time and did a thorough inspection at no charge. I already knew I had some roof issues, but I wanted a professional opinion -- they gave me a detailed report covering everything I was concerned about, plus a few items I didn't even know about. When they showed me, I was genuinely surprised and thankful they'd caught them. I agreed to his work list and very reasonable pricing What really stood out was how well everything was explained -- what they were seeing and what needed to be done, in plain terms. They were meticulous and kept a close eye on the work their crew performed. I've worked with many RV technicians over the years, and this is the best experience I've had by far. They'll be my only call from now on.

We've purchased two Airstreams from them and had excellent service. Not inexpensive, but high quality. I also always found them to advocate for me with Airstream to get the issues covered under warranty whenever possible. Things break on RV's, and I've broken plenty of stuff myself over the years, all of which Bay Area Airstreams fixed, and when there was a problem with there work addressed it and didn't charge me. RV's aren't investments, and Airstreams aren't perfect, but I don't regret my purchase.
