Called heavenly rv as a seam was coming apart on the roof of our travel trailer. He stood us up 3 times then finally repaired the roof, his roof repair seam failed at the first rain, he replaced the roof seal at the A/C upon his recommendation and now it leaks also from condensation. Daniel took on my RV repair which was water damage on the cabover (2009 Class C) and then once open found additional damage on the roof. Daniel and his crew have always been above in professionalism. Taking off shoes before entering house (when needed) and yes ma'am. Daniel inspected the damage which he took almost 3 hrs. He gave me a very thorough estimate. His estimate was very reasonable for Solano county. Maybe going to Stockton or Sacramento it may have been very little difference AND I have to drive it there. We were getting ready to head out on a three month journey. I checked all of the systems, except for the refrigerator. Went to fire it up, and nothing happened. The lights were on, but nobody was home. The Heavenly team came out late afternoon on a Wednesday to diagnose the problem. A thorough systems check was done, and the fridge had a bad main board. The team got one overnighted and installed late Friday morning. We lost only one day of our journey, and it would have either been more, or we would have lived out of an ice chest for three months if it had not been for the quick and committed actions of the team. Our travel trailer needed some love and a pretty good amount of work especially after our long road trip to/from Oklahoma. My husband found Heavenly RV and really liked his initial conversation so he decided to start a relationship with this RV repair spot. Our previous was too far and the repairs didn't seem to hold up?! Heavenly did have our RV for some time, mostly due to us not being in need of speedy service. When we picked our RV up these two guys were clearly working hard on the final touches! From what I gather these guys are newer, busy and still learning how things work. My RV repair was a total waste of money! This company was so nice at first but that totally changed when I called to discuss the problems. They left the painters tape on the roof, sun baked it & now it is impossible to get it off. The new awning they put on is so crooked & loose it is no better than before, besides the water that dumps on your head when going into the RV when it is raining! My ex-husband & I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Daniel from Heavenly RV after another person who didn't know what he was doing totally messed our RV up. My ex Richard who has stage 4 cancer & tries his best ( god love him) but it is hard for him. And a lot of things I can't do. The RV is not just a RV it is our home. We don't have a lot of money but we didn't have lights or heat or a fridge that worked. Our 2 deep cell batteries were no good couldn't get the generate started, etc. Richard just randomly called an RV mobile mechanic. We truly believe it wasn't random but God that lead us to Daniel. After a brief conversation explaining the RV & our situation. Daniel said he would come out on Saturday (his own time) if we didn't need parts there would be no charge. We promised him that we would pay him for any parts when we had the money. As promised Daniel showed up with his lovely wife/helper Marla. We needed 2 new deep cell batteries just to start with right off the bat. Daniel & Marla went down to a Auto Parts store & purchased the batteries as well as all new cables & wiring. When we said we would pay him he said "don't worry about I believe in passing it forward business is good" Richard who is a proud man & believes in God was so overwhelmed but not surprised by their kindness he had to come in the RV. When he told me I started to cry. Daniel worked on the RV for almost 4hrs it was dark & cold & starting to rain. Never rushed or complained about the hour considering we were in Santa Rosa & they still had to drive to Fairfield. As a matter of fact they offered to take us out to dinner. Daniel got us up & running so we had lights, fridge works, profane comes in so we can cook. Life changing for us. When they were getting ready to leave. High quality work each of the three separate times I have needed their service. Heater repair, plumbing leaks, and water heater replacement were the major work along with a few smaller items Daniel and his employees have done on my 2018 5th wheel. I thankfully have a extended warranty, with that being said, after seeing the quality of their work I decided to pay them to replace all of the soft pipe to eliminate the worry of future blow outs. I noticed early on that they achieve the high quality by not rushing to get to the next paying customer but taking their time and doing it right. Also they cleaned up their work area before leaving. My RV septic system was clogged the day before my anniversary during the great Covid-19 shutdown. Try as I may, I could not dislodge whatever was blocking the system. So, this was rather detrimental to the plans my wife and I had to spend a relaxing day in our RV and cook some great food as opposed to going out somewhere like we normally would. I wish you could give a lower review!! What a nightmare this company has turned out to be. My black tank was leaking during the early stages of the COVID outbreak and Daniel came out and guaranteed that his repair would make the tank BETTER and STRONGER than new!! Two weeks later, it was leaking again, we parked the RV and Daniel promised to order a new Black tank and replace the old one at no cost because he is a man of his word and honors his contracts!! First forward 6 months, I had contacted Heavenly RV multiple times trying to find out when they were going to replace my tank. Each call they seemed to have new people running the business office and Daniel, the owner, would not take my calls. I finally had to drive an hour and a half to their office, where Daniel again agreed that he had promised to replace the tank and said that he would replace the tank if I brought the RV to him, since he no longer did mobile service, I agreed!! I took the RV to him and he still has it, 2 months later, but now, he has decided that he is not going honor his warranty and wants to charge me. He broke the old tank removing it and now says, since I'm not working with him, to come pick up my RV and he will just leave the parts in it. Oh and if I don't pick it up quickly they will charge me $75 days a day until I pick it up. This company is absolute trash !!! No honor and their word is garbage. I arranged to take the day off, missing a 12 hour shift, to get a leaky faucet repaired on my RV. Twenty five minutes before this guy was SCHEDULED to show up and he decides to have his wife call me a cancel!! WHAT?? Apparently he thinks his time is more valuable than mine. His next available availability was two weeks away. NO THANKS! I phoned Kyle's Mobile RV Repair, who came highly recommended by two neighbors, and he diagnosed my problem over the phone and directed me in how to repair it myself, thus saving me a ton of money. read more
