Sheena was probably one of the most freindly sales people that I've ever dealt with. She ordered our trailer and have us an accurate delivery time. Devinatee took over and was extremely responsive and equally freindly. He kept me up to date on the shipping information and gave me undevuded attention when it was time to sign paperwork and teach me about the unit. They also were able to get my car wired up with a brake controller in just a couple of hours. I like how it's a family business and their courtesy felt genuine.

She called us a few days later, to check in and see if we had any questions or concerns about the trailer we looked at. We told her we were not quite ready since this was a big purchase . Sheena called us a week later and asked what did she have to do to earn our business, we told her what we really wanted and what our budget was. A week later she calls and said let's make this happen. Sheena and the lady in the office was very helpful and made sure we got the right trailer for us . She was not allot of pressure and just wanted to make sure we knew she was there if we needed anything answered. We bought the trailer and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a trailer .

My partner and I had been in the Market for a trailer . After going to a nearby RV sales location (…read morecan't even say they are their competition) and being treated so poorly we decided to go to Reeds. From the moment we step foot we were greeted by the most welcoming gentleman aka Guy Fairon . When we told him what we were looking for he guided us to several potential RV trailers and he let us compare each one with out any pressure or stress that you normally get from sales people. The connection we made with guy was on a professional level and a friendship was built. We knew that we were going to come back and buy from him! And so I went back and sat with Mary Liz at the finance department, she made the entire transaction so smooth and easy! With no hassle and everything that was promised was fulfilled ! We will definitely come back and buy again from Reeds because of these amazing people ! Best experience ever ! Lucy and Steve

I'm saddened to write this review as I had a great experience leading up until I got my Montana…read morehome. We are family of 5, who drove from Sacramento.. invested $60k into what we thought & were told was a great 5th wheel. We get it home and opened it up, and the refrigerator doesn't work. Per Reeds, "it works" because it turned on. However, the refrigerator will not get cold at all and the freezer is the temp of what a refrigerator should be. We left it on for 6 days to give it a chance, and still the same situation. I called them and spoke to David and he said he spoke to the owner and their tech & they will not do anything for us, aside from offering us to purchase an extended warranty. What a joke. You sold us something that is BROKEN. I cannot put food in there for my family. You should do better, and do right as a business and for a family, especially. The theater recliners don't work, and I was told that before we took it home.. so I appreciate the fact that they were at least honest about that. To top it off, our generator had enough oil to run it twice, we had to get oil. Yes, it's a used unit.. but GEEZE, have some pride in the units you sell. BEWARE.

This review is about the sales staff and lack of communications at Camping World Vacaville…read more Have driven 150 miles r/t to pick up our used RV three times and it's still not ready. They have a serious internal communication problem. Purchased 5/5/26. Appt was set for 5/9 9am to pick it up. Arrived to find they were still waiting for parts. Set another appt for 5/18. On 5/17 we asked our salesman if it was ready but were told they wouldn't be able to check until service dept opened the same time we were scheduled to pick it up, but he believed it would be ready. He texted us as we arrived that it was not ready. Made another appt for 5/26. Salesman told us 5/25 he had personally verified it was ready to go. On walkthrough we came up with 10 items still not finished (from the windshield not being replaced to the rig not having enough diesel for us to verify the generator was working). We had paid for the extra detailing and the rig was still dirty. So we've driven 450 miles, spent 8 hours on the road, $170+ on gas, and 7+ hours at Camping World and still don't have the RV we paid for. Oh, and the warrantee & Good Sam membership is ticking down because all that starts on the day you make the purchase. If they manage to make this right I will update this review. UPDATE: We were able to pick up the RV on the 4th try. The new mattress (standard on all RVs purchased from CW) was the wrong one. Salesman told us we needed to jerry-rig it ourselves to make it fit. We pushed back and were directed to the service desk. They instantly saw the problem and ordered the correct mattress (still waiting on it). The general manager offered us $200 max in compensation for the issues picking up the RV. 45 min later he said upper management said to make that $700. That feels like a good amount for the money & time we wasted so we accepted. Last issue: The flat tow package we had agreed on (to be installed on our car) was switched to a tow dolly without talking to us. It's huge, doesn't store vertically, and doesn't fit in our garage. We were shell-shocked and stupidly left with the item, so I doubt there is any chance they'll ever fix it.

Paid $29,715 in full. Delivered 10 days late with a water leak, two dead ACs, a broken fireplace,…read moreand no proof it was ever inspected. We bought a used 2021 Jayco Bungalow from Camping World of Vacaville as our full-time home. Here is how that went. Before we put money down, we asked for an inspection report. Their written answer: there are no inspection reports or repair orders on the unit, but once you buy it, it will be inspected and repaired. So we were asked to pay first and find out later. We paid a $3,000 deposit on their word. They ran credit on both of us, declined us citing my recent move between states, and never explained why my co-buyer with clean credit was declined. We asked in writing. No answer. We told them for weeks that funds would be ready September 16 for a September 21 pickup. The wire instructions and balance due arrived at 5:16 PM on Friday, September 18, after banks closed. When I asked why so late, the sales manager told me it was my job to call and ask for them. We had to cancel our transport. We wired $26,715.01 on September 21. Our receipt arrived a week later. The trailer was not released until October 1 because they were waiting on a slide-out part. So much for "inspected before you buy." What they delivered: an active water leak pooling under the kitchen, two air conditioners that run nonstop and don't cool, a bathroom exhaust fan that doesn't work, a broken fireplace (they wrote a "We Owe" and promised to mail a replacement; still waiting), missing vertical blinds, and a barstool with a broken leg. Every one of these would be caught by the "safety inspection and system testing" their ClearPrice sheet says is included in the price. We have asked three times for the PDI checklist. They cannot or will not produce one. They also sold us $10,735 in protection products. The extended service plan excludes anything that existed before purchase, so it wouldn't cover a single defect they delivered. We canceled four of them in writing within the refund window. The general manager says the $1,995 "Diamond Ceramic" coating can't be canceled because it can't be removed from the trailer. We asked for proof it was ever applied. Silence. Corporate opened a case on September 4. A regional customer service manager called September 21 and said she'd follow up. She never did. I have sent three detailed written escalations. The last response from anyone at Camping World was October 8. Eighteen days of nothing while we live in a trailer that leaks. Everyone was friendly on the phone. Nobody put anything in writing, nobody followed through, and nobody owned a single mistake. If you buy here, do not pay a dime until you hold a signed inspection report in your hand, and don't believe anything you can't get in an email.
