Very good Chinese & Japanese noodle restaurant that serves great noodle soup bowls and curry rice dishes, plus appetizers like dumplings. Also excellent desserts like that cold jelly soup with haw flakes, etc. Excellent beverages like that honey pomelo and lemon iced tea Chinese drink bottles. Exceptional service from one of the co-owners Lin. Interior atmosphere also very cool and with nice decorations. Highly recommended, they also have a near perfect score of 4.9 on Yelp! Check them out!

This place was a gem of a find during a much needed break from the car during a holiday weekend road trip! Despite the place being at least half full, it was just pleasantly buzzing which created the peaceful white noise we needed to feel like we had the place to ourselves! We orders the base Beef Noodle Bowl, and the Chicken (fried) Noodle Bowl, with a side of chili oil for self-seasoning, as well as an order of the Dumplings and a Scallion Pancake. Everything was excellent. The layers of flavors in - literally - every bite was so surprising and inviting. We happily got lost in our meal, realizing eventually that everyone that was there when we'd arrived had since left and the tables had changed over lol The katsu-style chicken was DELISH and not greasy or dry, and still managed to stay crispy even after soaking up all that delicious broth. The broths - both the beef and chicken - were beautiful and had a lovely mouthfeel. The balance they were able to achieve between fatty and rich without being salty or greasy, while still being clear and light, had us unapologetically slurping it by the spoonfuls! And all over my shirt lol The owners were absolutely precious, and very attentive. We were pleasantly surprised that they went as far as to pack up our leftovers for us! (instead of trying to trust us to handle the huge beautiful ramen bowls lol) We will be back, and in the meantime - y'all go treat yourselves!! (And your wallet won't even complain)

I don't think I can describe the food here, but it's delicious. All kinds of different noodle dishes, with a combination of flavors that I've not tasted before. I loved the Dan Dan Noodle! The atmosphere is delightful, casual but definitely not a fast-food place. Nice relaxing music / just what I needed after a hectic morning. Their service is exceptional and everyone is friendly. Do try it!

Very pleasant surprise here! For the price point ($10/$15) this is way above average. There's definitely effort in the food that doesn't usually come at this cost. I'm not even big noodle fan and I really enjoyed what we had. From the Dan Dan noodle which was a cold option with great flavor to the spicy beef noodle the wasn't too spicy and had great flavor. The staff here was very polite and the food came out in good time. I'm always judgy about water and theirs was great. Also there had great sweet tea and the this were free and fast. The restaurant is very clean and in my opinion they could charge more especially being in Edmond. My only complaint is the get to play some music. Definitely give them a try for a week above average experience.

    10. Sizzling Garlic & 15. Beef with Chili Oil

Finally made it here. The sizzling garlic noodle was flavorful but the noodle was too thick. Beef was good and tender. Just 1 server to take order, deliver food & check/bill. But he was nice and friendly. The restaurant was still quite busy past 2 pm. I will be back to try its more traditional beef noodle soup.

Noodle*ologist Make Your Own Noodle Bowl

We came to OKC on a business trip and were looking for some yummy noodles, and this spot did not disappoint. We had fried dumplings for appetizers that were delicious, pan friend chicken cutlet noodle soup and the Noodle*ologist bowl (create your own) with chicken broth, pan fried shrimp, rice noodles, broccoli and mushroom and it was all SO delicious! The service was excellent and seemed to be one of the owners. Their kitchen is open so you can see all they're doing, which was pretty cool. Really glad we found this gem tucked away in the shopping center, and hope more people go because it really was delicious in flavor and very great pricing too!

Had a chance to come back here after hubby's post-stroke speech therapy to try another dish on the menu. The place reminds me so much of restaurants in Japan with the same sort of dishes. So I asked the server if she was Japanese and she said no they are Chinese, that she made a mistake when she filled out the Yelp form and can't fix it. I think that's just as well because when you think of Chinese restaurants ,you think of the same American "Chinese" food you get in every Chinese restaurant! This place has more authentic ethnic dishes in my opinion. Also be aware the photographs on their menu do NOT do justice to the dishes. Last time we had Dan Dan noodles but this time I ordered the spicy beef noodles and my husband got the pan fried chicken breast with the soup. My dish was just delicious with the right amount of heat! My husband enjoyed his so much he brought the extra home. The only thing is there were too few customers. I think this place is a hidden gem! Give it a try!

First timers today. We got the chili oil noodles, beef noodle soup, scallion pancakes and fried dumplings. They were great. This is a new restaurant that has only been open about 2 months. The customer service was excellent and they were very accommodating in making us a spicier chili oil to add to our meals as we both eat very spicy.

Huge ramen fanatic, have tried several spots in OKC but this was unlike anything else!! Tastes truly amazing and homemade. Broth was soulful and a sip of it made me not want to add any spice as it would ruin the flavor. Any of the big name ramen spots just can't seem to get a broth like this place!!! Brand new place thats smaller in size and menu, but cozy and giving at home vibes. Service was amazing, super attentive, making sure everything was just right. Can't wait to go again!!

Gage, our waiter was very professional and helpful. He guided us through the menu and helped us make good choices. We started with three mule cocktails. We had the Oaxacan, the Moscow and Kentucky Mules. Everyone enjoyed the cocktails. One thing that stood out to me for my Oaxacan Mule is that the Mezcal's smoky flavor really shown through and it was not overly sweet. A very clean cocktail, which I highly appreciate! We ordered the Chef's Salad Wrap with Onion Rings, French Dip with the tomato soup, and the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich with seasonal side of grits. I enjoyed the Chef's Salad Wrap but I would probably be a little more bold next time and get the Cortez or the Reuben. I craved a lighter choice and was more sinful with the over the top delicious onion rings! Wowowow! Hubby enjoyed his soup and French dip and son enjoy his Philly cheesesteak and grits. I would definitely love to revisit and try more of their items.

The entrance has had a light refresh as well. Gone is the big glass dessert display case but the additional walking space is nice. Sadly we learned that the cakes are being discontinued, RIP the wonderful carrot cake. Fortunately we snagged one of the last pieces. It's my understanding that cookies and other sweet treats will still be available. The menu is loaded with new and exciting choices. Deciding what to choose was a great problem to have. We started with the Trio Dipper with house made chips and balloon bread, which is like pita bread on steroids and just as delicious. The dip selections were terrific and we were brought more chips when ours ran low. Two of us ordered the Tuscan Chicken. They were exceptional bites. They were parmesan breaded chicken fritters stuffed with the tomatoes and cheese. It's an inventive take on a traditional recipe and a tasty home run! My husband ordered the Chicken Piccata, looking for a lower calorie option. The lemon butter wine sauce was delicious and it's a terrific option. The last guest chose the fried chicken which is an old and familiar favorite. You absolutely cannot go wrong. We ended the night sharing a piece of carrot cake and a salted caramel cookie.

We arrived during happy hour and my husband and I ordered a Oaxacan theme drink with mezcal (YUM!) ; my son in law got the Changes in Attitude (frozen bourbon and coke with Buffalo Trace Bourbon) and our daughter ordered the Risk it for the 'Biscus which was a hibiscus flavored moscow mule. We started out with the squash puppies appetizer that comes with jalepeno jam and honey butter. My, these were like like angel pillows of fluffy decadence. I cut mine in half and put jam on one side and butter on the other and wow!!!! Our little grandson was devouring those things. Those are definitely craveworthy. I ordered the smoked sirloin that comes with mashed potatoes and gravy and balsamic brussels sprouts. Every single bit of thise dish was delicous beyond belief. The steak was cooked just a tad more than what I asked for (medium rare) but it was not enough for me to mention to the waitress because it was still so very delicious. The potatoes and gravy were absolute perfection and I could have dreams about the brussels sprouts. The rest of our party ordered the grilled chicken power bowl, the chopped cheesesteak sandwich and the grilled chicken bacon club on a pretzel bun. The chicken club was a big hit at our table. I think I was the only who did not try it because I had enough going on with my meal. We really enjoy the Winston Churchill theme and the vibe here. The wait staff here is absolutely top notch.
