I normally enjoy my pork or beef dishes from Grand China. I shy away from chicken at chinese restaurants unless it is a classy sit down place because chicken at a take out place is that thinly cut piece of something, I only assume is chicken. Normally, as I stated, I only get chicken from a place that gives me chunks of fried or battered chicken. I made the mistake of getting Kung Pao chicken from Grand China. How anyone could stomach this is beyond me. It was horrible. No flavor, no spice. Way too many peanuts and vegetables. I had to leave this review. Luckiky I also got my normal Sezchuan Pork so at least I have something to eat. Never again will I get chicken from here. Missed the mark. Ordered orange beef with fried rice and pork lo mein The orange beef was soggy and way over sauced. That's probably what made it soggy. Some bites had tablespoon sized globs of thick sauce on them. Not good. Other bites had hardly any sauce. I expect my food tossed in sauce, not the sauce kind of thrown on top like its gravy. Fyi: fried rice means plain fried rice. It's just rice that is fried. No veggies or anything. So make sure to specify if you want veggies and egg. This is my mistake. The lo mein was a fairly tasty average lo mein with thick noodles. I probably won't order it again, but it was filling. Portions were pretty standard Chinese takeout portions. Prices were pretty standard as well. Overall, I'd say this is a pretty average Chinese takeout place that just needs to toss the food a bit more after adding sauce. read more

Best Chinese takeout in OKC, and also better than any we found in Tampa, FL (lived there three years and never found anything worth going to twice)! Best dishes we've tried: spicy beef, fried rice, sesame chicken, crab Rangoon, egg rolls. I've been on the lookout for tasty Chinese food. It's been almost 1/2 a year and I can finally say I found something that's worth going back to. I was only able to try two dishes: chicken lo mein & orange chicken (which came with rice) -- you know, to play it safe. I finally got it right. The orange chicken was flavorful and the lo mein actually had flavor. I will definitely be returning here for my Chinese food fix when I'm close to home. We ordered takeout from here and were so pumped when it was absolutely fantastic! We just moved into town in Yukon and were hoping to find good Chinese delivery and we definitely did. To start, they are very quick but this doesn't cause the food not to be fresh. It has been fresh every time! The woman on the phone is always so nice and helpful. We ordered crab rangoons to begin and they are wonderfully cheesy and crisp. They don't leave your fingers covered in grease either. I get the Sweet and Sour Chicken with plain Lo Mein. The chicken is crispy and they are pretty big pieces, definitely enough for 2 people! The Lo Mein comes cut up which is so nice that you don't have to slurp it up, it's the little things. It has such good flavor that sets it a part from other Chinese takeout we have had in the past. The eggrolls are crispy, stuffed full and delicious. Great spot! read more

Fresh and delicious. All day specials are reasonable portions while regular menu items are larger. Spring rolls are excellent as well as the General Taos chicken. Submitted an order on-line for pickup, the food was ready right when the estimate said it would be and the service was friendly.
