Food is amazing and great service! I have never had any problems with this place they have great prices also!

Yesterday I ordered a Garlic Chicken & Broccoli Combo + egg roll by phone. It was just a few minutes after 11 AM & I got the impression I was the first customer of the day when I arrived for pick up. After eating the egg drop soup & egg roll, I was very full so saved the rest for later. When I warmed it up in the evening I discovered there was NO CHICKEN. The broccoli was cooked well & the food tasted good. I still give them my business because they are the nearest decent Chinese Food. read more

Oh no kidding a little boy answered the drive up window. He was the cutest funniest little guy made stopping here. Enjoyable food was delicious and hot. First thing I noticed is a young kid (boy) answered the phone. He was knowledgeable but I wasn't confident that the order was correct until we picked it up. I ordered my usual Sesame Chicken, egg drop soup and an egg role. Not long after eating I started to feel my stomach doing flip flops. You guessed it, I became incredibly ill incredibly fast. It was an all night affair. I really didn't think that the food had set off my stomach because I do this (get sick) at least twice a week. It wasn't until I talked to my sister the next day when she had the same incident. She too had eaten at New China. We live in different houses and neither of us had talked to the other until that next day. Coincidence, I think not! read more

The online ordering system was convenient and easy to use. I always get nervous ordering online and adding special instructions because you never know if the restaurant will actually follow them, but I was very happy to get home and our food was exactly as ordered. The food was great and the family operating it was really sweet. Will definitely be a repeat customer. read more

This is my first time ever trying this restaurant out, I ordered through their website, which was very easy! It was on a weekend when I ordered, it was very busy for my pick up time, which I consider a good sign. It was very easy for me to pick up my order through the drive through. I believe the restaurant is still closed for dine-in. But this was June 2021, so it might have changed. Everything we ordered was delicious, portions were worth my money Crab wontons, egg rolls, egg drop soup with wonton strips, Egg foo young, general tso chicken & beef lo mein. My kids loved it, so we will definitely keep this in our rotation, for when I don't want to cook or when family comes into town! read more

I have used this place since it opened at first it was really good and gradually got worse to where I rarely got anything there. Last night I went there and bought special house rice and sweet and sour chicken the special house rice all I tasted was the grease that it was cooked in either that or the cooking utensils still had residue from previous cooking either way all I tasted was a bad grease taste, the sweet and sour chicken was so over cooked the batter was rock hard not even crunchy and the chicken inside was hard and over cooked it was all inedible. I phoned the place today and complained and the guy argued with me that I should have asked for it to be not extra crispy I tried to point out to him about the overcooked chicken inside and he just kept on argueing with me about making sure I order how I want it, I never knew there was special ways to order chinese food especially sweet and sour chicken. I actually went into the store to pick up my order and saw the lady there cooking ready made sweet and sour chicken or pork in a deep fryer and with children in the store that could distract her from timing the deep frying properly I do understand. I also wasn't impressed by the cleanliness of the store. I would have been better off going to Braums and buying Chicken strips and getting sweet and sour sauce from the grocers. I will not be going back there again period!! read more

The crab Rangoon was incredibly greasy. The vegetable fried rice was dry. I added sauce to it and it still just didn't taste right. I'd make the drive to Mcloud to get maple garden. read more

We have ate here a few times the food tastes good however on Sunday we got takeout, my wife got the chicken chow mein upon getting home she discovers 3 small brown bugs and rotten cabbage in the container I will never eat here again. I guess quality control can't be to high when there are children working in the kitchen and coming and going as they please read more

Upon ordering online I called to confirm the order and could hardly understand a word spoken by the employee.. after arriving she handed me a bag and said 8.95 I said no I paid online.. trying to communicate in English was irritating and annoying because I had to argue and show them the receipt on my phone that I only ordered what I put online.. they had me mixed up with someone I am guessing because the a portion of the food was removed . Idk but the food was hot and fresh and really delicious but I am detoured by the fact I live in America and the language spoke in my country is englah and I expect the places I go to eat should give the same respect by learning it enough to communicate clearly and if not there are other places too eat and that being said I give the food a 5 star rating but returning because of the miscommunication and attitude I received because of their mistake I give a thumbs down and I won't order there again.. read more

Great food! Every time we eve gone here we've gotten family meals with different entrees and it's always delicious!! Better than any buffet we've ever had. The staff are very friendly, well eat here at least once a month, would be more but then we'd be too big!! read more
