This is my third time ordering food there for checkout. I gotta say the quality of food is good even though I seen a customer bring their food back for a fly or a bug in their food didn't determine me, but I do gotta say their food is really good. I recommend this if you like good Chinese food I go to the one on western nevertheless it's always good food. I recommend this place is clean. I haven't eat there, but I take it to go. This place is a hole in the wall place. If you don't see it then you won't know that it exists if you don't live in this area you just don't know that it's there, but it is and the food is absolutely amazing. Love this place. I've been coming here since I was a kid and i've tried many other places but this has been by far the best one my family and I have had. My favorite things are the crab rangoons, the house special fried rice, the hunan beef and the low mein. read more

This place has really good food. It has been the go-to Chinese delivery place for my husband and I. The food is good, we can order online, and they delivered. Win-win-win! The only reason I am not giving full stars is because they have recently changed their online order and delivery methods. Their website changed and they now go through Menufy, and have higher prices and fees. Not to mention, for some reason, the Crab Rangoon cannot be ordered for delivery. Unfortunately, we will need to look around for alternate go-to Chinese delivery places now, which is a shame. read more

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious. We have been ordering from them for several years with no disappointments. We have tried many other Chinese restaurants in the area but, none of them are as good as this place. Ordering has become even easier now with the on line option. Egg drop soup was good. I like it thicker, but not bad. Fried rice, yellow and bland. Crab Rangoon very good. Shrimp in hot garlic sauce with $4.00 extra worth of scallops.... 4 pieces of shrimp, 4 pieces of scallop (about the size a pea), the sauce was sweet and had no hint of garlic. read more

NO!!!! Do NOT order from here, Terrible customer service!!!! / Does not comply with health department rules. 1). Ordered had her repeat order lunch portion. 2). Got there & overcharged had made large not lunch portions. Called me a liar & refused to just give me half of each portion advised I'd have to wait 3). Noticed when there when other people ordering lunch portions 5.99 to $7.99 they were being charged for dinner portions. 4). No gloves, no hair nets, dining area looked dirty. Placed an order for delivery at 7:55, they told us that it would be delivered at 8:55. We called to see where the order was at 9:30 and they said it was out for delivery however our order was never delivered and we were never notified... it's a toss up with this place... Good luck... read more

Terrible, terrible business. Do not waste your time on these people. Used their online ordering system and was told I would get my food in 55 minutes. After an hour and a half, I called to see where the food was. I was put on hold for almost 15 minutes an the manager spoke over me the entire time. Finally got a refund. When I asked for the manager's name, he hung up on me. I had to call back three times to even speak to someone who didn't hang up on me. The manager then told me his name was Jerry. First and last name. When I told him I was going to complain to the BBB, he told me that he didn't care because he had enough positive reviews that I didn't matter. There are so many better delivery places in the city. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Great Wall. read more

Consistently great food, great service, and the best Internet ordering for a takeout website I've seen yet!! I love their sesame chicken, egg drop soup, hot and spicy soup, and the chicken lo mein. Ordered my regular food. Chow main and fried rice and egg drop soup. The delivery driver arrived and said my total was $24.58. Asked if he had change and he said none at all so I was forced to tip him $15 which I fell is wrong because I was ready to tip $5. Called in and the guy taking my order seemed to be appalled but the owner didn't care what was happening and said I will send the driver back to give you change. The driver already looked like a criminal why would I agree to send him back to my home kissed off? They really dropped the ball. read more

I love this place the food is awesome. They go out of their way to make everything nice for you On my birthday I ordered some lunch and mentioned it was my birthday. The lunch meal was perfect Hot and fresh and wonderful. They threw in some extra fortune cookies and on the front of my sack had written Happy Birthday. I liked the meal I had which consisted of sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and egg drop soup. The prices aren't to high and was around 6 dollars for this meal. The service was good and they seemed friendly as well. If your in need of some Chinese food, I would recommend. read more

Great Wall has always been fine by me. Don't want to cook, just pick up the phone and there'll be a friendly guy with a bag full of hot food on my porch in an hour. The menu's extensive, the online ordering system is easy once you get the hang of it, the food's good (although the other reviewers are right.. its not the best I've ever had, and they don't really do spicy), but its good. After years of ordering there I think I've only had a problem one time, it just took forever. I'd def recommend them. read more

Excellent food!!! Ordered dinner to be delivered to the Holiday Inn. The food was plentiful and absolutely delicious. All the selections were hot, including the soup and still-crispy Crab Rangoon. I'm hesitant on having anything delivered, but the front desk recommended this restaurant, and I'm glad they did. The restaurant included a lot of extras (sweet-n-sour sauce, soy, mustard, etc.) that doesn't always make it in the to-go box. Both my picky-eater husband and I marveled at the high quality of the food. read more
