The foods pretty tasty. Had to try the yellow curry since I was craving for a while. Was very pleasant with how it turned out. Have yet to try the green and red currys. I enjoy the noodles as well. I have yet to try the Pho. It's one of those places you gotta explore if you like trying new spots to eat at. They also have Boba. read more

We've eaten here several times..quality has gone down, prices have gone up (and they haven't updated their prices online, which it very deceitful), the only thing that seems consistent is the lack of accuracy on filling an order. Most of the staff is not friendly and seems anxious to be done with the order. Super disappointed and won't be going back. An order that should have been $70 according to their prices online, came to $94 and some change. A medium Thai Iced Tea was $6.51! I suggest finding a different place. read more

I visited during a lunch break during a convention. All the restaurants were slammed with people. They did a great job of serving a lot of people fairly quickly. The menu was a little confusing to order from. All our meals looked pretty good but were lacking in the flavors you expect from beef Teriaki and sweet and sour. Like there wasn't enough sauce, or any sauce really. Employees were nice. The Boba tea was terrific! White peach is really good. read more

I'm so perplexed. It's supposed to a "Thai" restaurant with some pho and teriyaki offerings yet mine is like a basterdized Chinese dish. I truly don't know how else to explain it. The stir-fry consisted of celery, onions, mushrooms, onions and beef. I don't think I've ever had a plainer dish unless it was straight up boiled. There's no sauce and very little taste. I could even stir-fry better at home and trust me, that's not a compliment (bowing my head in shame as my Mom is a great cook). That's why I eat out. I ordered the dish with half rice and half yakisoba noodles but was never told it's extra for half and half nor is it stated on their menu. No big deal if it was good but as you can see from my pic, the noodles were boiled and drained. THAT'S IT! Have you ever tried eating plain boiled yakisoba noodles? Not every tasty. The woman at the register seems nice. The place is clean. However, having tried this place 3 times now and every time it's been beyond disappointing, this is probably my last for a long time. Oh, and to top it off, this plate was $10.31 with tax! And most of it was carbs. I know what you're thinking. It's the Tri-Cities but this is so sad. read more

They have teriyaki, pho and thai food. Sometimes its nice to have a mix like that, other times I'll question its authenticity. I like the fact they have a mix of Asian food, but it depends on the cook and cashier and what day you go. Their portions are not consistent. One day the portion is large, the next week the portion gets smaller. Their teriyaki is okay. I'd recommend getting rice only, because I've gotten half steamed rice and half noodles...and the noodles were tasteless. Seemed like they opened a box of noodles and microwaved them. The pad thai is pretty good. The pad ke mao is okay. Their spice levels change, so be aware. They have boba and I've tried their thai tea with boba...my opinion is to pass. It was overly sweet and not creamy. The boba was hard and not good. Service is okay, that one owner lady is so abrasive. She's trying to be nice but she needs to lessen her tone. Their Thai tea boba with the tapioca pearls was alright yesterday, i though it was a little too sweet, also missing was the cream and the consistency wasn't quite their compared to other places I've been to around the state. The tapioca was really chewy in the middle and was a poor quality tapioca they use. The decor was just hideous and very unpleasant to the eyes, i don't understand the fake flower pots while walking thru their entrance. Ive tried their food when it was located inside the Columbia Center mall and it was alright. Customer service was friendly which is a major plus, another plus was that their boba tea was only 3.99 with tax which is pretty cheap. Location is convenient in the area of Rd 68. Im just not feeling this place, its hard for me to wrap my finger around it. Next time the wife gets her nails done next door, ill just hit up the Dutch Bros instead for a blended drink. read more

Several years ago this was my favorite spot to grab dinner. Not so much anymore. I wonder what happened? My last visit I order a curry dish which I have ordered in the past and enjoyed but this time I couldn't finish it. It was way to salty. It was the mussaman curry. This is the only Thai restaurant that doesn't include peanuts in their mussaman. The previous time I ordered it the flavor was spot on and they added peanuts for me. This last time, even though I asked for peanuts, it came out with zero plus it was so salty it was gross. I make my own mussaman quite often and it's my go to dish whenever I have Thai so I'm very aware of what it should taste like, this last order was a joke. Pud Kee Mao is excellent, golden cashew is excellent, beef basil is fantastic. We buy their homemade hot sauce constantly and use the jars for drinking glasses. We put their hot sauce on everything, it is the best ever. Fast and friendly and the owner is hands on and remembers all of her customers. That makes a difference to people. When you enter the restaurant looks okay. The menu board was bright and inviting. The pricing is as expected and the selections varied. However, when I approached the counter to order and was disgusted by the filthy plastic menus laying next to the dirty cash register. Standing at the register allowed me to view the dishwasher scrubbing pots in a basin that needs some serious clean up. There were two tables occupied when I arrived, about 2000 hours. A staff member was taking orders over the phone. I myself will most likely not eat there unless I hear they have cleaned the store. I don't know how they stay open, honestly. Today I mentioned it to the woman taking my order and she said the prices went up, but they haven't changed the prices on their menu yet. Today I had a very nice experience aside from the nice service I always get when I go there. I had trouble with my debit card going through I had to call the bank and found out what was going on with my account since there were funds, so I was told my card was "HOTCARDED" blocked in other words because of suspicious transactions. The way I was treated by the owners of Noodle Zone in Pasco Wa made me feel like family. They actually know their costumers, they know who comes and goes regularly. They told me not to worry about it and that I could come back and pay some other day. That to ME meant a lot it meant trust and that they notice who comes in and out they know who their loyal costumers are. I was able to resolve the problem right there and then but the fact that they were willing to give me my food and let me pay later was a nice act of kindness. Thank you Noodle Zone ! read more

This used to be one of my favorite places to go to. The food was good, fast service & nice people. Lately though I don't know what's going on, the last 3 or 4 times I've ordered they have gotten my order wrong. One of the ladies working at the register is not very friendly & seems bothered if you ask her for anything. They do charge extra for using a debit card, which is weird because most places don't do that anymore. & the last time I went I ordered my food to go & waited 30 minutes just for 2 plates of food. That's after I had called in the order so I wouldn't have to wait long. Still gave this place a 3 because WHEN given the right order the way you asked, the food is good. read more
