I think it was the manager or owner, but the guy was very accommodating to our requests. Once we were sat down, we were given hot tea and I requested ice water. We were asked if we'd like to order or would we prefer to wait for the carts. While it did take a bit of time waiting for carts to grab the items we wanted the food was delicious! The crispy crab wontons were especially my favorite as they were light yet super crispy and airy. Many of the dishes were delicious and contain shrimp. The ambiance is pretty much family friendly yet fast paced. Although this place can be a bit overwhelming at first, the service is still quick and efficient. Will definitely be coming back with my family for some more dim sum.
