On top of that, the tone when ordering is consistently rude, no matter who answers the phone. It feels like you're inconveniencing them just by placing an order. Their loud tone, rushing you to hurry and place an order, only to arrive at a restaurant that isn't even busy to be excused for that behavior. Honestly, the place doesn't ever really seem busy, and I can see why. I want to support local businesses, but it's hard to enjoy or recommend a spot where customers are made to feel unwelcome or pressured. With better service and more respectful communication, this could be a solid place--but as it stands, the experience isn't worth it.
