This venue is pretty cool, and the service and responsiveness of the owner Devin makes this place 5 stars all around. We set up a work event here for an entire day and it was great. Large TVs, plenty of space for seating, stocked beverage fridge, and a clean restroom worked well for the business portion. Then the tables were moved and the fun started. Virtual escape room and then virtual laser tag-- so much fun! The headset equipment has great audio and felt very really immersive. TL;DR this place is great for social or business events, and don't forget to set aside time for some virtual reality fun-- and Devin is phenomenal. read more

So much fun! My wife doesn't play video games, but my daughter wife and I had a blast! There are different games to play and we played a few different ones, but we're all cartoon shooter games. The place was neat and organized and Devin was very patient and kind in explaining everything. We had a small technical glitch in the middle of one of the games, but it was quickly resolved. Wow this was so so much fun. The games were intense and very detailed! We went for my sons 13th bday and started with the zombie one that was 45 mins and it went by so fast ! It was the best game experience I have ever had. You have sensors on your hands and feet so you can kick and punch. You can feel impact on your chest and back when zombies attack. I had to remind myself that it was fake lol a few times lol The next game was la dead zone and that was so cool too, we walked through a city and had to shoot zombies. A few friends and I (group of 6 of us) wanted to try a VR escape room and we checked out Noobs in Redlands. It's located in a business center next to a photography shop and a poolwerx business. When we entered I was surprised how big this space was. They had a long table and chairs for private parties and a designated gaming area. They also had lockers, an all gender bathroom, and a photo backdrop with props for after your experience. Before we began, we all had to complete a waiver. There was a QR code that had the waiver. We were guided by a staff member to a designated area. He introduced himself and shared with us what the VR experience is about and showed us cart with different color VR headsets and controllers. He showed us how to adjust and how to control our hands in the game. Since I wear glasses, he had a controller that fit me well and was adjustable. We decided to go with a thriller/spooky like VR experience. I won't spoil the fun, but I gotta say it was a fun experience and would definitely try it again. He also had us try a robot/Power range like VR game which was tough but still a fun experience overall. read more

By far the best birthday my son has had! Booking was easy and the associate was accommodating when I needed to add a player. When we arrived, we were blown away by the high tech interior. There are 2 main areas for simultaneous VR sessions. On the left there's a waiting area with leather chairs and TVs, a large dining style table with chairs, and vending machines. In the back, they have a stationary area. TVs are even mounted in the walls for you to watch the players interact in the game. We had a blast watching the boys play. Based on the friendly staff, cool atmosphere, and fun the boys had, we will definitely return. I can also see this being a fun date night option too! read more

My wife and i went for a fun Virtual Reality (VR) experience. Except for finding the location...WAZE was placing us on the wrong side of the road, it was an awesome. Excellent customer service, honest and patient with new people. Wife and I really got into having clear communication through the microphones in our helmets. We fought off the undead, and my wife screamed, shot, punched, and kicked their bodies dead, well more dead. I have not had sooo much fun sweating like this. My wife's apple watch let her know her heart rate got up to 136 during the adventure. Covering your eyes and ears tricks all your senses to give you that full immersion. Great laughs, teamwork, and joking around made this fun with the staff member on site. Will do it again in a heartbeat. On a side note, I am near sighted and was able to see everything clearly as the screen is mere inches from my eyes. This place is so awesome! We time-traveled to the 80's to escape and then attempted to fight off waves of robots. I want to go back and try other experiences, like the dragon tower. The space is big enough to have multiple groups going at once without stepping over each other. Devin was great, explaining everything with helpful tips, and even took pictures for us while we walked around blindly with VR headsets on. My husband and I went with our 2 friends this weekend and had pretty high expectations considering we had previously done a similar VR experience in Downtown Disney a while back. Noobs blew that place out of the water for us. Hands down. Now, all 4 of us are gamers in some capacity and generally know our way around a pack of zombies. However, I was not prepared for how much fun we would have here. We were incredibly impressed with the overall quality of the campaigns and visuals. Devin, who I've been referring to as the "Noob Master", was absolutely wonderful. He was super helpful and created a great atmosphere for all of us the whole time. The campaigns themselves aren't too easy or too hard, definitely good for gamers and non-gamers alike. As with any tech, hiccups happen. But Devin was patient and relentless in getting everything set up so we could have the most optimal experience. Just a tip: Wear comfy clothes because you will break a sweat killing all those bad guys! We went to noobs as a group for team building and had a GREAT time experiencing the different escape rooms and hero games. Everyone loved taking on the different challenges because the VR emerged us into a reality fantasy. Devin and Olivia were great hosts.
