Kudos to a careful and conscientious moving service. Great respect shown for all of my items and care taken not to damage them. Movers showed up promptly at the pre-arranged time, and leading up to the move, there were several communications to guarantee time of the meeting and the plan. Upfront communication of pricing, expected services to be provided. Nate was always immediately available by either text or phone. I plan on using this company again when I move away from the Syracuse area as part of a planned move in 2018. While I did see other moving companies online with competitive rates, the difference in price was small and the service rendered by this company would be hard to beat. Very pleased with no regrets on this transaction.

The crew was personable and clearly had work ethic and rapport with one another. After a truck trouble delay (not their fault) the 4 guys got right to work with Nate directing the furniture/box Tetris. They respected my belongings (wrapping delicate pieces and watching tight spots) and didn't complain about the stairs or heavy-ass Peloton bike. Loading up always takes longer but the team powered through and emptied the truck quickly at our destination. They even took a moment to celebrate my awesome new basement. Nate quoted me on the high end and came in under budget (which I appreciate much more than the reverse situation!). Have already recommended Mountain Movers to my network.

I have been so impressed and happy with ABC in both my home and my office building. Most recently,…read morewe used their services at my office building to clean hallways and office carpeting. It was "green" in that they used water, but no chemicals or fragrances. The technician was extremely helpful in identifying rugs that were too worn down to benefit by cleaning. He did such a great job with my office's ancient, white, wall to wall carpet that several clients asked if it were new. He also followed through on all the practical details that are icing on the cake: He arrived on time, for example; he finished on time; and he called when he was done to confirm he was done. On the home front, ABC also quarantined and then cleaned an aging oriental carpet that they discovered had signs of moths. It looks great. When I was ready to throw out a synthetic rug with stains that included food and cat vomit, ABC actually brought it looking close to NEW! My contact there at the office was Jamie, and she was outstanding: patient with all my questions, smart, and very knowledgeable. All work was done in a timely way. I'll definitely go to ABC again and I recommend them highly.
