They had a full shop that all their equipment. It's all open for you to see they're very transparent with the pricing in the diagnose my problem real quick unfortunately, my computer is kind of like done. Done the solid state drive went so I guess I'm gonna get a new one, but I appreciate their fast and thorough diagnosis. To my amazement it was just a RAM stick that wasn't properly seated. After picking up, we were unable to connect to wifi at home.
