So i called the number on the e-mail and got a recording that I was going to be recorded, then two rings, then disconnected. I tried again and the same thing. So I called the number on the website and got Jerry who explained that a) Joe was at the other shop and does not e-mail, and 2) They are having trouble with some middleman "contact manager" provider. He was nice and offered to go out and look at the car and try to e-mail me some info. Then "Mike" calls me and asks what i'd like to know. I explained that I had asked questions on the "Contact us" form but because you get no record of it - I could not remember exactly what I had asked - also having inquired about other cars at other dealerships. So I'd like it e-mailed when they get their e-mail fixed. Mike lit up, told me to stop wasting his time, called me a jackass and told me to F**k-off and hung up on me. Nice impression.
