Great location in Lambertville and there was a great restaurant years ago in this location.we still went inside placed order got the meatball salad consisting of 3 delicious meatballs with zero fillets, just meat, with their own great tangy sauce, fresh greens and 2 slices of toasted crotons. Such a beautiful restaurant tucked in from the main drag. There was ample seating for a Friday night so we were happy. There's an upstairs and downstairs and nice outdoor seating when the weather is nice. The menu had some standout selections of pizzas you can't find everywhere. I love that. It's what makes people become repeat customers. Guanciale. Nduja. Soppressata. Yummm! The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't have chicken for my salad. She did, however, recommend a meatball for my salad but that doesn't go with a Greek salad. A restaurant WITHOUT *ANY* kind of chicken. Blows my mind! read more

There's nothing to recommend Nomad unless you enjoy average pizza at a supernatural price -- they call it artesinal, I call it bar pizza in a tuxedo. I've never quite figured out why these mozzarella hype factories thrive when New Jersey boasts excellent Neapolitan pizza on every corner. Some questions just defy a response. Two stars. read more

When Liberty Hall Pizza closed in Lambertville I was devastated. I loved their pizza so much I thought I was hooked but today I finally tried Nomads new location here in Lambertville and WOW!!! Nomads pizza is amazing! So fresh and delicious. I'm not sure if I have tried the one in Princeton or Hopewell but boy am I glad they opened one here in my town. I can't say much about the service since I only did take out tonight but it was very easy to order and pick up. They gave me a time and I was there. The actual building is nice. We use to go there when it was the another restaurant (it's nuts, I think) so it is a very nice location. It's off Bridge street, right before the bridge, down a small side street. Very cute and by the water. The pizza though.... Omg was it good. Perfect crust, the ingredients tasted terrific. Might be my new fav. I'll keep you guys posted next time I go. read more

Love the Nomad Lambertville location. I frequent all the Nomad locations but this one is special. It's tucked next to the canal right in downtown Lambertville. Pizza is consistently delicious at all the locations. I had the Chorizo today which is my new favorite. I had Elaine as my server and she was super friendly and attentive. Great spot in the summer they have a nice outdoor seating area! read more

Incredible Neapolitan style pizza with perfect crust and fantastic pie options. Beautiful outdoor dining area next to the tow path and a nice airy and bright indoor dining area spanning 2 levels. Great friendly and fast service as well (and yes, they sell wine). Can't wait to go back! read more

came here excited, hoping for good pizza. I know Nomad Pizza well from Princeton and Hopewell -- always a great experience, always consistently good. So naturally, I thought this new spot would be just as amazing. Big mistake. The location? Beautiful. The service? Let's just say suspiciously efficient. My pizza appeared in under 5 minutes -- and the place was crowded. Impressive, right? Unless you actually expect it to be cooked. What I got was a masterpiece of contradictions: burned on the outside, raw on the inside. A true culinary wonder. It was supposed to be the "special" corn pizza, but it looked so unappetizing I honestly couldn't tell what was on top. Some grayish, mushy toppings drowned in garlic powder strong enough to fumigate the whole block. I kept chewing, trying to identify what I was eating, and only later realized -- oh, right, it was just raw pizza dough. Did I send it back? No. I sat there, stunned, eating what felt like a dare. This place might be packed, but trust me: if you're looking for actual pizza, keep walking. Unless you're into disappointment served hot (well, actually half-raw). read more

Nomad pizza is really good! The crust is light and airy and the flavors are unique and creative. The ambiance in the restaurant is also really nice - and it's great for a family. Place is so cute and love the open pizza oven. The upstairs was nice to sit and look out the front window. Our waitress was so nice and helpful even though she had all the tables upstairs she made us feel welcome and looked after. The pizzas are phenomenal! Reminded of pizza we had in Italy! Loved the crust and sauce we perfect! The burrata appetizer was so good, my husband really loved the roasted peppers that came with it! Very good and highly recommend! A very good pizza ! My only suggestion would be to eat there and not take out . The pizza isn't as good as it is when it comes out of the oven and traveling only makes the crust chewy . We had multiple pies.... The margarita was fantastic , pepperoni also very good . The spicy sausage was indeed spicy but the clear winner for our group was the shiitake mushroom pizza . The salads were also very good . We had both the blue cheese with mixed geeen and the Caesar . I wish the anchovies were included in the dressing and not laying ontop of the greens on the Caesar but I really appreciate the forward thinking of doing something a bit different . We arrive around 5:45 and we were asked if we had reservations and we said no, we were told . you don't take them. we got seated and our order was eventually taken. when ordering, we ordered an arugula salad and the waiter said "house salad" and I said "no, arugula ". I've loved Nomad Pizza from day 1 and the new location in Lambertville is just as fabulous as their Hopewell and Princeton locations! Excellent ambiance, excellent pizza and the price point is spot on. This time I had (& I highly recommend) the arugula salad and NDuja pizza. It is very expensive and not so good. The price is at least double than what I get at other pizza joints. The quality is not that great. The pizzas are doughy and the toppings rates bad. The waiters basically pushed us out even before we were done since there were other clients waiting. I would rather have a cheese sanders home than having this lousy pizza. read more
